The meals were Fantastic, Gloria was excellent in recommending dishes! All the restaurants we ate at was friendly, welcoming and offered a good service. The lotus roots stuffed with glutones rice was fantastic!!

Our driver's car was always spotless and he was always very polite and friendly.

I loved the Crowne Plaza. The room was very clean, the service from all staff was excellent. The breakfast was a very good selecion and off high standard.

Gloria was a wonderful guide offering all her knowledge regarding the sites we visited and always answered all our questions. A big thanks to Gloria she has such a lovely personality, is funny and has lots of knowledge of your beautiful Beijing!

My guide was Joanna.
1) both restaurants were good. The food was good. I liked the 2nd one a little better.
2) the guide's working attitude was very positive. Pronunciation of English was good. Communication was not perfect, but not really a big problem.
The knowledge about the places we visited was good. She could have offered more information about each place. I would have been interested, especially the historical sites.
