We enjoyed our trip very much and you organised everything very well for us. Our trip was perhaps too short in that there were many activities with little rest time. We would have liked some time to enjoy our hotel facilities, especially in Beijing, but we were outside on the tour most of the time.
Your guide should remember that travel to China is a very long trip for many visitors and the first day should not be so busy. In Beijing we would have preferred a larger vehicle instead of the ordinary car. The vehicles in Xi'an and Guilin were much better. All vehicles were clean and in good condition and the drivers very careful and their service attitudes perfect.
Anna in Beijing was a good guide but she tended to rush through the sites very quickly. Linda in Xi'an was excellent - she kept us entertained by teaching us some Chinese and she knew a lot about the sites. John in Guilin had good knowledge but he never stopped talking even when we wanted to rest in the vehicle. He needs to know when to be quiet.
The meals were very good although there was usually too much food for us at lunchtimes.
Overall, the trip exceeded our expectations and we would certainly book with you again when we return to China.
