The meal arrangement was o.k. The only lunch we did not like was on the first day in Beijing. The duck on the second day in Beijing was our favorite.

Both guides were fine. Their English knowledge was fine. Everythging was ok.

Cars were clean, drivers were ok. Driver in Shanghai could even speak English.

Hotel what you organized in Beijing had a good location but the room was too small. The hotel in Shanghai (choosen by us) was much better. Only unconvenience was that they had no wifi in the hotel. It is not your fault but we wanted you to know about it. (we think most of your customers are using laptops on their way and wifi is important for them.)

Our one day tour was well organized. No any problem at all although i had some last minute issue with payment :-)

The tour guide was nice and very accommodating.

The driver was also accommodating. The car was perfect.

It was delicious although the restaurant was a bit far from the cloisonné factory.

I think your service is good and needs no improvement. Please maintain such good service.
