Dear Ms. Dong,

I wrote on the evaluation, but I also want to write personally to you that the tour was absolutely outstanding. The guide (David) was very knowledgeable, his English was excellent so I did not have any problems with understanding him and was very accommodating to all my needs.

I also felt very safe with the driver. I have traveled to many places and have driven myself in Europe and US and always admire the skills of professional drivers. He was excellent and clearly knew how to get around some of the traffic jams. It saved us time sitting around in the car.

I would most certainly use your services again if I decide to have another trip to China and would highly recommend your services to my friends. The choice of hotel, meals and places to see was clearly very well thought out and planned.

I am already back in Shanghai and have wonderful memories of my trip to Beijing.

Also, thank you so much for accommodating my last minute plans for this trip and the flexibility that this required regarding the payment. I am so glad we were able to work things out.

I apologize! I mixed up the tours.
I am flying out soon and need to go.

The food was excellent but the portions were 3x too big for one person.

Helen was lovely. I had to ask her not to talk so much because she was very knowledgeable and wanted to tell me everything about Xi'an.
I usually travel alone in silence so it was an adjustment for me. She was very lovely and the driver was good too.

I mixed you up with another tour.

My apologies. I am very tired from so much traveling.
