Sorry it has taken me so long to respond to this email.

There really wasn't anything we didn't enjoy in our tour with Chinatour360.

Our guides were all great, especially Luna (Guilin/Yangshuo) who was professional but personable, and who went above the call of duty in making sure we were well taken care of.

We were continuously surprised by the organization and dedication shown by the guides and the drivers.

We had some people with dietary restrictions, and yet all the meals were very good and catered to our preferences. The meal at the Guilin Longti, and Kunming restaurant were particularly good.

We don't usually like being on a tour, but your company personalized our tour and made sure we did and saw things we would not have seen without a guide. We would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone we know going to China.

Our guide was excellent and she is very knowledgeable.

We have excellent driver and clean car.

The entire experience from planning to the actual tour itself was perfect. Your company was very responsive and organized. The guide (Sara) arrived ontime and was very enthusiastic. She showed true passion and was excited to showcase Beijing. The Great Wall tour was breathtaking and the guide walked the entire way up with me so I was not alone. The agent was also very kind to include the tour of the Forbidden City as a compliment because of the many referrals from my family. The driver was also excellent, always waiting for us (not the other way around)!
