Generally the meals arranged for us were fine. I particularly liked the various ways the garden plant was cooked in Beijing, Shangai and Guangzhou. My children liked the chicken dishes and fried rice.

All the 3 guides were fantastic. They all speak good English.

The 3 drivers were very good and the vehicles very neat. In fact we did not expect to be treated like VIPs. It was a pleasant surprise anyway.

All the 3 guide were fantastic as I said, but the one in Beijing was particularly helpful. Since we stayed longer in Beijing, she was of a great assistance to us.
I will strongly recommend your services to my friends.

Time spent per spot
We felt that in both Beijing and XiAn the last day was drawn out and the focus was too much on killing time and to get us to the airport as early as possible

In Chongqing we never had a city tour as you indicated and we had a hard time to convince the guide to show us more than the two visits on the agenda

We are very glad that the guide in Shanghai made us aware that the program actually provided for a 3 hour boat tour, which would have been too long. The opportunity to go up the building and just 1 hour on the boat was great.

We visited the Urban planning museum in Shanghai instead of the museum on your program. By this time we have visited enough museums about old history and this one was very good because it tells the Shanghai story

We did the evening tour of the lakes in Guilin and the show on the lake in Yangshou as optional extras at the recommendation of the guide. They were both excellent. You may want to make it part of the program in future or at least make people aware of these optional opportunities beforehand

All the shows in the evenings were very enjoyable and of a very high standard

3 The cars

No complaints, actually excellent and the 2 bottles of water every day was very welcome

4 Hotels

All very good. We want to mention the hotel in Yangshou which we know you had a concern about. Being the only Chinese hotel we stayed in it had a different, but good feel to it.We felt it was on standard ..

5 General

We appreciated your visit to us in XiAn very much and showed your attitude towards tour guests.
