We are back home in Canada now after a great trip to your wonderful country. All of our guides were helpful and friendly, especially Tina in Beijing. She made our trips very enjoyable and we can't praise her too highly. You are very lucky to have such a wonderful person as an employee. Our trip was made a success because of her efforts.

We had a wonderful time.

All the guides looked after us very well and did their very best to please us.

All the accommodation was very good with excellent service.

We were only disappointed with one driver that watched us carrying our suitcases from the first train ride without helping; he was the only person that did not receive a tip.

As for the meals, we did not like the Chinese food in general but valued the experience; I don’t think you should change the meals for that reason.

As for the guides English, it was very good overall and never a problem. Only small corrections like they say “more bigger” there should not be more before bigger, it is ok before more beautiful. Another expression I thought funny was they put “already” behind a date. As you can see there were only very minor changes needed to make the guide English perfect.

Thanking you for a wonderful time, we will recommend your tours to all our friends without hesitation.

We bought the most beautiful small silk on silk hand knotted carpet (2500 knots per square inch) as a souvenir.

We were very impressed with China’s progress since 1983 when we last visited.
