The meals were great. We especially liked being able to choose serveral dishes. No one meal stood out - they were all great.
Both our guides in Beijing and Xian are excellent in working attutide. They both speak excellent English and very knowledgeable about the places we visited.
The vans provided for us were clean and cool and the drivers were wonderful.

The meals were at our taste and well balanced between vegetables and meats. As we love "tofu", this is the meal I will recommend.
