Thanks for requesting feedback. Overall, I am pleased with your service, and am likely to use you again and recommend your company to others. (I would like to visit China again, though it may be a couple years before I can do that.)

I appreciated the service of your company at the following aspects:

1) Email communications with your staff were generally excellent, and all my questions before the trip were answered either via email or your web site.

2) Both tour guides (Allen in Shanghai and Newman in Beijing) were knowledgeable, flexible and good-humored. I enjoyed my time with them.

3) Both drivers were professional and kept their cars clean. No complaints here.

4) The food was excellent! I liked the variety of restaurants chosen.

5) The Crown Plaza was an excellent choice of hotel in Beijing.

Hello there,

We will definitely be coming back to China. Here under is our comments:

1. We enjoyed most of the meals. The only one we were disappointed in was the Peking Duck, there wasn't enough duck served. I would recommend the dumpling meal to my friends. It was amazing how many different dumplings there are.

2. The knowledge of both our guides was tremendous and has inspired all the family to travel again in China. We didn't have any problems at all communicating or understanding either Sheryl or Carol. Sheryl's information and help on the days we were by ourselves was invaluable.

3. Both drivers were courteous and their cars clean. The knowledge of our driver in Beijing certainly helped in traffic jams by getting us there faster via other ways.

We have all come back from China amazed. When we first got off the plane in Beijing we were worried there wouldn't be anyone there to great us. But right from the beginning to the very end the guides could not have done more for us. The freedom of the personal guide and driver was very beneficial. We could spend as little or as long as we wanted at our destinations. The tradition and customs explained by our guides have inspired me to learn Mandarin and I am even looking into teaching English in China. Thank you so much Sheryl and Carol. We would certainly have no hesitations in booking another tour with your company.
