My vacation was wonderful. I thank you, Brian, Lilly and the drivers for making this such an enjoyable time. In fact, I may be traveling to China next year. I plan to contact Chinatour360 and recommend your organization to several of my friends and business aquiantances who are also planning trips to China.
The one recommendation that I would make is to provide a final invoice once the remaining balance is paid. This would provide an additional level of re-assurance that everything is being taken care of and to relax.
The meals were good. I would recommend the Peking Duck and then the steam dumbling meals.
Both guides were excellent. It would be hard to choose between the two. Both when above what was excepted. I was impressed with the guides pronunication. In fact, I could not believe that neither had visited the US before. Both were knowledgeable. The interesting tidbits on local customs added some additional insite.
Everyone was great including the drivers.
The added massage was a pleasant one. Both my nephew and father was having problems with the feet and legs. The massage in Xian was wonderful. I recommend that you offer a massage as an option or at least make your customer aware of the massages. The Crown Plaza hotel's massage was not as comforting and relaxing as the one in Xian. I'm sure that the local massage in Beijin would have been as relaxing.
Again, we (Arthur, Ruth, Yolanda, Michael and myself) can not thank Chinatour360 and your staff enough. This was the best of all vacations and we have done some significant travelling.
