Maggie/Ruby,
We have finally recovered from our travels enough to sit down and respond to your survey. Hope this helps.
We believe there was sufficient time for each event throughout the tour with the following exceptions:
a. Peking Opera: 1hr and 40 mins was far too long.
b. Sturgeon Farm: This was a filler event before a flight and we had no interest.
Notes: According to the clients' feedback, ChinaTour360 have removed the Sturgeon Museum from all the itineraries.
All of the meals were exceptional. The restaurants were superb. We commend you company for this. Our only recommendation, and it is one that we hope you take seriously, is that, although we are visiting your country, we would recommend giving us westerners a break from the chinese food. Once, in the middle of the tour, allow us to enjoy a western restaurant: Outback, Spaghetti House, etc.
All the guides were very professional and were very representative of China and ChinaTour360. They spoke English well enough for us to understand.
All drivers were very good and the buses were kept exceptionally clean.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with your company. The guides were tremendous; they were always there at the appointed time...even when our flight was delayed three hours (Guilin to Hong Kong); We never lost any luggage; The hotels were excellent (Do not reduce the quality of the hotels in the future); We realize the river cruise boat was the best available but it was advertised as a five-star boat which it probably was in comparison to other river boats on the Yangtze River but the rating system is designed for hotels and this boat did not come close to a five-star hotel. Guides were tremendous with special kudos for Vicky....the best. Westerners like to shop..... especially what is referred to as bazaar shopping as we experienced at Xian after the mosque and at Stanley Market at Hong Kong. We would have like more shopping locations and more time to shop. Make it free time to shop and not part of the tour but point out where the shopping is located.
