Wow, what a great China vacation you planned for us! I cannot compliment you and Chinaoutr360 company enough. For my wife and I, who have been all over the world, this was our best vacation ever. My kids both loved the experience as well.
Our favorite restaurant that you arranged was our second night in Beijing. Our favorite meal of the entire trip was the buffet at the Shangri La Hotel in Shanghai which was a meal we arranged for ourselves. I don't know if the cost of this would fit in your budget but we highly recommend it. We did not have a meal that was not good; breakfast, lunch or dinner.
We thoroughly enjoyed all of the guides you arranged for us. Their English was excellent and their knowledge of the fascinating history of China made the excursion even more enjoyable. They all made us feel like family and I hope to see them again.
In all four cities the minivans that you used were clean, comfortable and had great visibility for the passengers as we drove from place to place. The driver was punctual, courteous, friendly and very safe. Having water for us kept us all feeling very comfortable in spite of the heat. My daughter and I tend to get car sick easily. We did not have this problem as the driver kept the car moving very smoothly even in heavy traffic.
While we enjoyed all of the guides, the guide you arranged for us in Shanghai, Joe, was an amazing individual. I would suggest you employ him for as many tours as possible. He has a good grasp on the history of China and its place in the world. His English is perfect and he always managed to make the most of our time in Shanghai. We would have enjoyed having him accompany us throughout our stay in China. Please thank him again for us.
We are not people who often have guided tours. We usually research the place we are visiting and arrange our trip on our own. This time we made an exception because China is a vast and diverse country and we believed that we could not successfully tour the country in our allotted time without help. That proved to be a very wise decision. In the short span of two weeks, we learned more and saw more than we'd have seen in a month on our own. You also took us places that we'd never have found on our own. Thank you, thank you!!
