We've been back from our China trip more than three weeks now. Sorry it took a while to send the feedback to you. It was nice to meet you and your colleagues while we were in Xian.

In terms of meals, it was very good overall including those buffet breakfasts in the hotel (especially the breakfast in the Holiday Inn Hotel in Beijing). Quite often we have leftovers and thought what a waste it was. All those typical Chinese dishes were delicious, something that we didn't have many chances to try at home in Australia. However while I saw a number of good comments in this colume about the Peking Duck meal at Quan Ju De restaurant in Beijing, I didn't think it's as good as what it's supposed to be. Chinatour360 may consider taking tours to other places serving better quality Peking Duck meal rather than just relying on the historical name of the restaurant.

About the guides, they all have different styles in leading the tour. Our guide in Beijing was Jason. He has a very good command of spoken English and has a wealth of knowledge on all aspects about all tourist sites we've been. He connected well with everyone in the tour. That made our Beijing tour very enjoyable. Ruth was our guide in Xian. She was very enthusiastic in introducing all interesting and historical facts about Xian but however at times the volume of her voice might be a little bit too high in the car. Apart from that it's fine. We have Rebecca as our guide in Shanghai tour. She too has good command of spoken English and made our short stay at Shanghai a very nice one, especially the visit to a local family. .

Cars and drivers we had during our whole China tour were good. Our driver in Xian, Mr. Li, was especially friendly and helpful. He always had a smiling face to greet us and helped us to get in and off the bus. He even showed us the photo of her daughter! His attitude is warmly commended.

For those three hotels we stayed during out tour, both Holiday Inn Hotel in Beijing and New World Hotel in Xian were good, very clean and spacious, especially Holiday Inn. But Pacific Luck Hotel is Shanghai was not in the same class (understand it's 3 star only). Carpet was a bit filthy and staff at the reception was not that helpful.

Overall we had a really good time in China. The tour was well organized by Chinatour360. Next time when we go to China again, we will definitely consider having tour with your company again.
