China Tour Reviews

There was ample time for all activities, but sometimes not enough time between day and night activities. Some days we did not have time to freshen up before going to dinner.

We enjoyed trying various Chinese foods and having them prepared, but would have enjoyed a pizza or hamburger at some point, really enjoyed the meal at the Holiday Inn in Chongqing before boarding the ship.

The drivers attitude were good and the cars were clean. The only bad service was at the Shanghai airport, when we had to load our checked luggage on the interior of the bus.

We had a great time on the China tour ---it was better than we anticipated!! We loved the places and the people. Our favorite guides were Rose in Beijing and Lilly in Xian. They were both very knowledgeable, helpful and spoke the English language very well. Lilly allowed us as a group to make some decisions as to where we wanted to go to we had a great day----so relaxing.

We were very impressed with the service Chinatour360 gave us when booking the tour on line. Your personnel was always timely with replies and everything you said would happen, did.

We enjoyed our China trip very much, thanks to the excellent organization and travel arrangements.

The meals could have been better but I appreciate that my brother had very challenging requirements that made it difficult for those involved: no salt, no soy sauce, less oil, no sugar, no MSG, no spices and must be well cooked. The best meal we had was the dinner arranged by Maggie in Guilin on the first evening.

Our satisfaction for the guide ranging from Satisfied to Very Satisfied.

Comments on specific guides:

1.Maggie (Beijing) - excellent knowledge although not so personal. She can answer almost any question and very accurate in facts.

2.Riana (Lhasa) - excellent service attitude and very caring for elderly member of our group. English is however only fair.

3. Lily (Xian) - excellent English and very friendly.

4. Maggie (Guilin) - very personal and knowledgeable. The best meal we had in our trip was arranged by her.

We enjoyed all the evening shows very much (Peking Opera, dinner show in Xian and the theatre in Guilin).

Generally we were happy with the drivers.
