Oh, think it's more than a month now since we returned from a great visit to China. Nice to meet you In Xian. The trip to see other parts of China than the capital area and the Great Wall, was more interesting and gave us an everlasting story, more than we expected. This gave us a first experience in travelling around in your great country, we surely will return. Maybe to Inner Mongolia next time.
Both Marit and me are very pleased with the arrangement Chinatour360 had for us. We surely have no reason not choosing you again. Especially about the punctuality of your service, and that the arrangements were fulfilled according to itinery schedule. We think it was good to stay in 4-star hotels. Service and comfort was good.

Meals was good and very tasteful. If were to change something it would be the lunch meals. We spent some time mid-day in going to the restaurant with transport and being served. We surely couldn't consume all the food we had payed for, so next time we would prefer not having lunch included. Breakfast and dinner + some light mid-day meal (at a cafe or bar) would be enough. You know, we Europeans do have smaller meals than the Americans.
The guides and the car drivers was very nice and correct.
The Guide in Xian (Jane) was lovely, gave a lot of her self, and we got very good relations with her. It was sad to say goodbye to her at the airport, we still miss her very much.She was punctually and correct, arrived at expected time and places. Very pleased with Jane and we still miss her smile and good personality.
The guide in Guilin (Julia) missed us on arrival, she arrived half an hour too late, but that didn't cause any problem for us. As we understood, she had got wrong arrival time for our flight in to Guilin. She was very helpful and service-minded. She made up the special arrangements we asked for, and was very eager in her service. Her knowledge was very good, we were impressed by her knowledge about the landscape down the Li Jiang.
She showed us some very interesting places in Guilin, especially the great cave. Julia had a good English pronounciation and we had no difficulties in conversation with her. Since we stayed in Yangshuo 2 days on our own, we didn't spend so much time in contact with her as we did with Jane in Xian , and therefore didn't the same tight relation with her. But Julia is very clever!! She was a bit disappointed when we din't give her full score on our evaluation form, but that was because of the delay at the airport, and she accepted that. Otherwise we rated her score as excellent.
The cars was very good, and the drivers very timely and on the place. Excellent both in Xian and in Guilin.
