I have to say that I do not normally reccomend things or get enthusiatic about experiences but my recent holiday has to be an exception. We, and all of the group we were with, and other "independant" your customers who we met along the way all had nothing but the highest praise for Chinatour360 and the holiday....it was fantastic.
Pic 452 was the view from our window in our last hotel...it just topped off a great holiday and made us feel that we would be completely stupid not to go back to China. Which we will do and when we do it will be with Chinatour360.
As I mention above, Chinatour360 and the way we were treated had very little room for improvement. One or two things may be looked at to stay ahead of the rest of the the worlds holiday providers:
One or two of the hotel rooms may be starting to be in need of a little tender care...all of the rooms were excellent, but I could see wear and tear becoming an issue over the next few years. This is just something to keep an eye on. (We would be very happy to go back to the same rooms in the same hotels. This is not a current problem).
I was very happy with the guides and thought it would be good if you had an annual conference for them to award prizes for the guide with the highest approval rating over the year. Discussion of issues relating to each others experiences and a bit of training could also be included.
I see you and Chinatour360 going far and being very succesful over the years to come. I hope I will be able to come visit again and I hope that my friends (when I get them to go) enjoy the holiday as much as I did.
