Thank you for your e-mail and interest in our holiday experience. I would answer your questions as follows;

1. Meals. We found the meals included with the tour to be excellent in all cases. Food was particularly fresh, quality was high and there was plenty of it provided, possibly too much!

2. Guides.
1) We had three guides, (Kunming, Dali and Lijiang) and all were conscientious and eager to ensure we had an interesting and great time.
2) All guides had good English and we had no problems of communication.
3) All guides had very good local knowledge and explained well the various features of the tour, particularly iteresting to us was the extensive information concerning the various Minority Nationalities and their lives and traditions.

3. Cars. The service attitude of the drivers was very good, they were always pleasant and helpful. I am pleased to say that the cars were driven safely at all times and were kept clean throughout.

All the arrangements made by Chinatour360 were excellent and carried out in a most timely, efficient and friendly manner. Everything was punctual and implemented exactly as the tour itinerary and we had no hitches of any kind. This enabled us to enjoy our memorable holiday experience immensely. I would gladly recommend Travel China Tours to anyone.

Dear Judy and Brenda,

Thanks for your diligent work and prompt reply to every E-mail, which make us a fluent and nice China tour.

We had wonderful time in Beijing and enjoy the Beijing Duck Dinner. It's so delicious. Wish we had more time at the Forbidden city for we are really interested in its history. In Xian, we had an interesting tour and very educational. We have learned a great deal about the history and people of Shanxi Provinence. Lhasa is as mysterious as we could imagine, it's the highlight of our China tour. But a little bit tired in Lhasa for the high altitude. The Guilin tour and Yangtze River cruise are really relaxing, we are really indulged ourserlves during these days.

Almost all of the tour guides were informative and helpful throughout. Very service oriented tour, making all guests are good taken care of. Drivers were polite althouth they seemed could not speak Enghlish. The cars always kept clean.

We have a good impression to Chinatour360 and may come back in the future. We're pleased to recommend your company.
