With a little delay, we want to express our gratitude for the tour you have organized for us.
We have returned full of new knowledge, experience and impressions. Our 4 weeks of the China tour we felt very good and reasonably planned.
We have enjoyed very much all the performances, included in our program, as well as great food experiences, like Dumpling Banquet, Beijing Duck Dinner and others.
All the guides have been very attentive and helpful and tried to do their best to meet our requests.
In general the food habits differ very much even among "Western" tourists, but anyway some of our comments. Sometimes the difference in eating traditions between Chinese and so called Western can be smoothened just by knowledge from both sides and "small arrangements": We love fresh tomatos, but never eat it for desert with watermelon, for example. So you could wish so much to have some tomatoes at the beginning of the meal and finally to get them at the end when you can't eat them. Or you ask for the same fresh cut tomatoes and you get them with sugar (for people outside China it is totally strange.) Sometimes we were suggested too many dishes, but we never ate. Same with drinks. The obligatory choice: beer, cola, sprite - is not for everyone. So it should be option not to take it, planning the cost more free. May be you need to prepare some small information for tourists about food traditions.
We are mentioning these small things, because you do great tours, so it is useful to know.
The choice of the hotels was very good, ( in Lijiang - such a location! Great!) We have been comfortable everywhere.
Cars - very good!
All the guides - so nice! Definitely there is difference in the level of the language. But the most important was their care!
One more comment for your future job- don't hesitate sometimes to correct tourists in the program they demand. Make your suggestions. You know BETTER! Sell them improved route, if something doesn't look .
