First off, I would like to commend you on the great job you did setting up this China tour for us in such short notice. It was exactly what we wanted. My husband, who didn't know what I had planned, was ecstatic. And I also appreciate the response we got when we made so many adjustments or when there were flight problems and we arrived later than expected. It made things easier for us knowing that we could call you to help solve any problems. You did a fabulous job and I would use your services again and again and recommend Chinatour360 to everyone.
In response to your questions.
Meals. The meals were great. The tour guides did a great job of ordering for us. The best meal was off the tour, that Lisa set up for us in Jiuzhaigou with the Tibetan family. But that was because it was a totally new experience and we had live entertainment with the family singing & dancing for us. The worst meal was breakfast at the Asia Star hotel in Dali. Westerners eat breakfast different from the Chinese and typically eat different foods that what we normally do for the rest of the day. Although we are flexible for lunch & dinner, for some reason Westerners are very specific about breakfast.
The Guides were all great and did a fabulous job. We really enjoyed this aspect of the tour.
Cars & Drivers were all very good. And very accommodating if we made special requests.
It would be very hard to give a Testimonial to a single guide because they were all so good and each did something special. Lisa in Juizhaigou set up the dinner with the Tibetan family which was the highlight of our trip and took us into a village for lunch off the beaten track; Bruce in Lijiang asked the families in the villages we visited if we could see inside their houses; Jane drove us all over Dali to get John's new flight tickets; Felicity in Kunming bought plums from a roadside stand and shared them with me. The guides were really phenomenal! I would recommend them to anyone.
