Hi Hebe and Frieda:

I am finally replying! I apologize for the big delay. Upon our return home, I became very very busy. I wanted to send you photos along with THIS reply, but I did not have time to sort the 100s of our snapshots, YET!

I will gladly send you photos, when ready... maybe at the end of July. At this point, I figured that I should reply to you ASAP.

All my comments are highlighted below:

Most meals were outstanding. All the meals were great. We enjoyed the variety served and the local cuisine differences. Most restaurants were fabulous. Lots of the time, there was TOO MUCH food to eat. We felt bad to see some of the food wasted. But, that's better than not enough food! One meal which stood out the most was in Xian, in the same building as Chinatour360. Overall, Xian had the tastiest food, wonderfully spiced.

It was nice to have our water bottles and a box of tissues readily available in some of the cars. Generally, all the cars were very clean and all the drivers were very curteous.

Our guide Tracy in Shanghai was exceptional. She was very professional how she handled her job. For example: As soon as we met her, she provided us a written note with her cell number and our next morning meeting time. She said to call her at ANYTIME if we needed her assistance. (We did not need to call her, but at least we had the option to.) We enjoyed her company and guidance throughout the stay. At the end of our tour with her, she handed us the "evaluation" form with an ENVELOPE, so we could seal it after filling it out. We thought this was very important. Giving the guides the filled out forms which were not sealed in an envelope created a bit of a odd situation. Happily, all our comments were honestly very positive. But if some other tourist had to write something more negative, it could become a very ackward situation. Also, the tourists would possibly provide a more HONEST evaluation if it is handed to the guide in a SEALED ENVELOPE. Tracy was the only guide who gave us an envelope. I hope you understand this. We wish Tracy a great future in the travel industry!

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Overall, as I mentioned before, we were very pleased with the way Chinatour360 arranged and organized our China tour. At times,we have changed the planned schedule to better fit our own plans and times. All the guides complied with the Traval China Guide except when we made our special requests. Some guides felt a bit uncomfortable not to comply with the set ChinaTour360 plan. This FLEXIBILITY was very IMPORTANT to us. The whole trip turned out exactly as we wished. Thank you!

Virtually, we do not have anything really negative to report.
