China Tour Reviews

Hello,

I would first like to tell you that overall I had a wonderful experience with the tour in China. Everything moved smoothly and the other tour members were paired with great personality matches.

1. I fully enjoyed all sightseeing spots in China and would have loved to have had more time in each location, but was very happy with the amount that we were able to see in each location.

2. All meals were great, except for an unscheduled meal at the airport. I especially liked the Peking Duck meal in Beijing.

3. The guides in Beijing and Xian were amazing. I thought that both were great. Unfortunately, the tour guide in Shanghai was trained through a governmental tour company, and did not meet the standards of your tour company. She was not horrible, but just had a different way of doing things that was unexpected to our group. We would have prefered somebody trained through your travel company.

4. The cars were fine. Good size for our group and were clean. In Xian, the driver did especially well to have the air was cool when we got in.

I would recommend Chinatour360 to my family and friends and would use Chinatour360 again myself.

Dear Lynne and Michael:

First of all I would like to express my gratitude for your good service. My gratitude goes especially to Michael who help me very much in trying to recuperate my daughter's bag pack that she left behind in Beijing. Michael provided me with a great customer service and I send him my most sincere congratulations.

Overall here are my comments:

1. Meals: My family enjoyed more the menu option vs. the set menu. The menu option is better since it accommodates each person's likes and allows you to choose the foods you want. The meal we enjoyed the best was the dumpling dinner!!

2. Guides: all of the guides were friendly. However, the guide that exhibits a better knowledge and was really very informative was Ven in Xian. We learned a great deal of history thanks to him as he took time to explain in detail everything to us. Sissy in Beijing was friendly and we enjoyed spending time with her too. Our guide in Shanghai was a little more reserved but her English was the best of the three.

3. Cars: All of the drivers were courteous and the cars were neat.

Overall I would highly recommend Chinatour360. I plan to use you again in the future and I already gave your data to friends of ours. Once again I thank you for your services and for the great time we had in China!!
