Our China trip was fantastic! Not only did the country's rich history and splendid scenery take us away, but witnessing the country's fast growing economy and understanding why it is becoming one of the world's superpowers made the trip an unforgettable experience.
ChinaTour360 needs to be commended for an excellent job. Their organisation of the trip was great. Whilst chatting to fellow members of the small group tour, many were particularly impressed with the fast email response ChinaTour360 gave us. A reply waited in our email inbox rarely more than a few hours after an inquiry was sent. Even though we had a small miscommunication with regards to pick up at the Beijing airport, ChinaTour360 was never hesitant to apologise and refund the taxi money which we used to get to the Hotel instead.
The guides were also very good. Not only did they speak good English and have a good knowledge of the cities, but also very open and honest to explain China's current issues and state of affairs, modern history and struggles of the past, something that may have been a bit of a taboo in the communistic past.
Hotels were of best quality, and food exceeded our expectations by far. Eating homemade-quality buffets 3 times daily with soft drinks and beers included, one can only state that one was mostly in for a real treat.
Beijing, the Great Wall, the Terra-Cotta Warriors, Shanghai, the Yangtze River Cruise and seeing the construction of the Three Georges Dam Project, the world biggest dam planned to date, were all of course great sights of the trip. But sharing 12 days with fellow tour goers from many nations including Katar, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Taiwan, Britain and the USA, made it a fun and spirited trip shared by people from many parts of the globe.
The acrobatics show at the Shanghai Opera House was also something out of this world. We were immensely glad that we still went. It is something I would recommend ChinaTour360 to definitely put in.
In conclusion, the number of different tour groups we met on the cruise, the professionalism in organisation and delivery of the tour, and of course the amazing time we had, gives evidence that ChinaTour360 is a very reliable company, one that we would definitely advise to any body.
