We were both immensely pleased with the services of ChinaTour360.

You took care of everything! We felt very attended to and the entire trip went so smoothly.

We still can't believe that we traversed such an expanse of China for over two weeks and absolutely nothing went wrong! At every destination, a Guide was there to greet us and take us by private car (and often a mini-van) to our hotel. The hotels were great, the food was excellent, (you catered to my special diet very well), the sites were extremely interesting, and the Guides were friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you so much for everything!

On a more personal note, I especially appreciated riding in the mini-vans as traffic in China is quite challenging by US standards and I felt safer in the vans rather than a car. Thank you for that.

One tiny suggestion is to tell people in advance that you will supply plenty of bottled water, as you do. That was a concern for me beforehand and it was good to know that you took care of it.

If you told us in advance we wouldn't have to think about it. Thank you also for allowing us a bit more time in Chongqing. We so enjoyed the square at night with the musical fountains and dancers.

In my praising ChinaTour360, two friends are seriously considering a trip to China with your company this fall. I hope they follow through.

It was a pleasure to meet you in Xian. Now that we are all safely home again, I want to thank all of you at ChinaTour360 for arranging such an excellent holiday. We enjoyed it very much. The itinerary was excellent in that it offered us such variety - in terms of size and attractions, Beijing, Xian and Yangshuo offer fascinating contrasts. Despite the Li river trip being totally washed out, we still leave with wonderful memories. The warmth and friendliness of the people made a very strong impression - especially on my father and uncle, who were moved by the respect Asians give to seniors.

Beijing has impressive sites but its size makes it intimidating and difficult to get around. Xian has a wonderfully friendly feel to it, which encouraged us to explore at night and on the final day. Yangshuo is delightful - more of a village that loves interacting with its visitors.

Hotels were great, food was EXCELLENT to the point of being excessive. We really appreciated that, on the last day, after we had switched our itinerary around (and had lunch in Yangshuo instead) that you provided dinner instead of the lunch which was originally scheduled.

I also am most grateful for your efforts to arrange a wheel-chair for my father at such short notice.

As I put in my feedback on the Beijing leg, ChinaTour360 exceeded our expectations in every aspect.
