"Thank you for your prompt reply regarding the rates for the Beijing Crowne Plaza Hotel.
1. Hotels: We thought all the hotels were excellent. We always had a very good bed, a very good bathroom, a very quiet room, and an excellent choice of Western or Eastern breakfast. We especially like the Beijing Crowne Plaza Hotel because we had a computer with an Internet connection in the room.
2. Drivers: All the drivers were excellent. They were safe drivers, and the drivers never got lost. The cars were always very comfortable. The drivers were always on time. We appreciated that.
3. Guides: The guides were wonderful. They were very friendly, spoke English very well, were very knowledgeable in history and customs. We very much enjoyed getting to know them. We enjoyed Tracy in Beijing, Peggy in Xian, Mark in Yichang, Chen in Chongqing, Lilly in Chengdu, Shuhua (Louise) in Chengde, and Xuyang (Tony) in Beijing. We really got to know Tony, Shuhua, Lilly, and Peggy. This was a special treat for us.
4. Shopping: I am not a very good shopper, so I appreciated the fact that our guides only took us to a few museum shops, and that we avoided large tourist-filled shopping streets.
5. Lunch & dinners: We thought all the restaurants were excellent. We especially like the smaller restaurants such as the two selected for us the last 2 days in Beijing. We also enjoyed the Beijing Duck in Beijing and the dumpling dinner in Xian.
6. Sites: We thought the locations that we saw were very interesting. We especially liked the terracotta warriors, the Provincial Museum, and the Forest of Stone Steles of Xian.
In Yichang, we enjoyed the enormous sturgeon, the Yichang Museum, and we especially loved touring the Three Gorges project.
In the Chengdu area, the highlight was the trip to the Panda Reserve and being able to hold the panda cub. If more tourists knew about this, the Reserve would get many donations!
The Dujiangyan Irrigation Project was technically amazing and also visually very beautiful.
The Ming Tombs were a bit disappointing because it was so crowded. This is a very famous site and Beijing is a very famous city. Fortunately, the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square was not too crowded on the day which we visited.
I loved the Summer Place, and I appreciate being able to switch from shopping to a visit to the Museum of Chinese History.
We enjoyed going to Chengde, but I wish we could see the city in September when there has been more rain.
Shows: We really loved the acrobats. Thank you for arrange the change.
We thought you did an excellent job arranging our trip. We will definitely use ChinaTour360 on our next trip to China. We have recommended www.chinatour360.com to 4-5 of our friends."
