You will walk through Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.  Tonight you will feast on Peking Duck Dinner at the a famous restaurant.  Following dinner you will witness a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)

 

Today you will walk on the most visited segment of the Great Wall, Badaling. To avoid the tourist eateries at the Wall, you will be taken to a local popular Sichuan restaurant for lunch. After lunch, you will visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. (B+L)

 

Today you will visit the ornate Summer Palace on the shores of the immense Kunming Lake, the Lama Temple and the Panda House in Beijing Zoo. (B+L)

 

Take a morning flight to Dunhuang and transfer to the hotel. You will get an opportunity to take a brief, but fun camel ride along the Echooing-Sand Dune to reach Crescent Lake. Later, visit the Dunhuang Museum. (B+L)

 

Visit the Mogao Grottoes. Take flight to Xian and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

 

Tour the astounding Museum of Qin Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses. Then we'll return to the city for an excellent Cantonese lunch. In the afternoon, explore the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the ancient City Wall. Tonight you'll enjoy Xian's famous dining specialty, the Dumpling Banquet. After dinner you'll be entertained by the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. (B+L+D) 

 

Visit the magnificent Shaanxi Provincial History Museum. After enjoying a delicious a la carte lunch at a local cuisine restaurant, visit the Great Mosque. Then Take flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

 

In the morning, tour the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden, and the Bund. Later, you will visit a local family to experience the local people's life. Tonight's dinner will feature Shanghai cuisine at the renowned 260-year old Wang Bao He restaurant. After dinner, you'll go to the Shanghai Centre Theatre and see the fabulous Portman Acrobatic Show. You will be transferred to the airport to board your homeward bound flight filled with memories of your exciting journey to this most amazing land. (B)
