Take a morning flight to Lhasa. Our guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. Acclimatize yourself to the high altitude. Tonight, the a la carte dinner will be served at a local best Sichuan cuisine restaurant. (B+D)

 

This morning you will view the magnificent Potala Palace. After a western-style lunch, continue your sightseeing tour to visit the Sera Monastery and Norbulingka Park. Tonight you will dine at your hotel. (B+L+D)

 

Start the day with visits to the Jokhang Temple and the thriving Barkhor Street bazaar. After a western-style lunch, you'll see the Tibetan Musuem, the Tibetan Tradition Medicine Hospital and the Lhasa Carpet Factory. This evening dinner will be served at the hotel. (B+L+D)

 

Drive to Gyangtse and stop at the Yamdrok Yumtso Lake and Karola snow mountain before transferring to the Gyangtse Hotel. Tonight's dinner is served at your hotel. (B+L+D)

 

Visit the Pelkhor Monastery and Gyangtse Old Town in the morning. In the afternoon, enjoy the hour-long drive to the town of Shigatse and transfer to the Shigatse Hotel. Dinner is served in your hotel. (B+L+D)

 

Visit the Tashilhunpo Monastery and the New Palace of Panchen where Tibetan lamas live and worship. Then we'll motor back to Lhasa and transfer to the Lhasa Hotel. Tonight, you'll have dinner at the hotel. (B+L+D)

 

This morning you'll meet a Tibetan family and get an opportunity to see their customs and how they live. Then you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight. Your tour ends here by seeing you off. (B)
