Tonight's dinner will feature Shanghai cuisine at the renowned 260-year old Wang Bao He restaurant. After dinner, you'll go to the Shanghai Centre Theatre and see the fabulous Portman Acrobatic Show. Take flight to Lhasa and check in a local hotel. Acclimatize yourself to the high altitude. Tonight, the a la carte dinner will be served at a local best Sichuan cuisine restaurant. (B+D)

 

This morning you will view the magnificent Potala Palace. After a western-style lunch, continue your sightseeing tour to visit the Sera Monastery and Norbulingka Park. Tonight you will dine at your hotel. (B+L+D)

 

Start the day with visits to the Jokhang Temple, the thriving Barkhor Street bazaar. After a western-style lunch, you'll see the Tibetan Museum, the Tibetan Tradition Medicine Hospital and the Lhasa Carpet Factory. This evening dinner will be served at the hotel. (B+L+D)

 

This morning you will meet a Tibetan family and get an opportunity to see their customs and how they live.  Then you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight. Your tour ends here by seeing you off. (B)
