Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Our guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of your day is free.

Day 02: Beijing
You will walk through Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.  Tonight you will feast on Peking Duck Dinner at a famous restaurant.  Following dinner you will witness a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 03: Beijing
Today you will walk on the most visited segment of the Great Wall, Badaling. To avoid the tourist eateries at the Wall, you will be taken to a local popular Sichuan restaurant for lunch. After lunch, you will visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. Tonight you will enjoy an a la carte dinner at a renowned Cantonese cuisine restaurant in the Wangfujing Street. (B+L+D)

Day 04: Beijing - Chongqing
This morning you will visit the ornate Summer Palace on the shores of the immense Kunming Lake. Then take flight to Chongqing. Visit the Panda House in Chongqing Zoo. Tonight enjoy a sumptuous buffet dinner at the 4-star Holiday Inn Yangtze. Then you will embark on the deluxe German-made cruise ship to stay overnight in preparation for your Yangtze cruise. Day 05: Chongqing - Fengdu
At 08:00, the ship sets sail down the mighty Yangtze River. Your sightseeing highlight today will be a visit to the Ghost City of Fengdu. (B+L+D)

Day 06: Badong - Xiling Gorge - Sandouping
Today, you'll stop at the town of Badong and take a small junk up the Shennong Stream and enjoy the spectacular natural scenery. The cruise will resume sailing into the western section of Xiling Gorge and passing through the five-step ship lock. (B+L+D)

Day 07: Sandouping
Today's visit is a short excursion to the monumental Three Gorges Dam Project at Sandouping. (B+L+D)

Day 08: Wuhan - Shanghai
The cruise ends in Wuhan at noon. You will be met by the guide and taken to have lunch at a local restaurant. You will have an opportunity to visit the Hubei Provincial Museum. Then take flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

Day 09: Shanghai
Today's visit includes the Qibao Old Town, Shanghai Museum, Yuyuan Garden and the Bund. Tonight's dinner will feature Shanghai cuisine at the renowned 260-year old Wang Bao He restaurant. After dinner, you'll go to the Shanghai Centre Theatre and see the fabulous Portman Acrobatic Show. (B+L+D)

Day 10: Departure from Shanghai
You will be transferred to the airport to board your homeward bound flight filled with memories of your exciting journey to this most amazing land. (B)
