Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Our guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of your day is free.

Day 02: Beijing
You will walk through Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.  Tonight you will feast on Peking Duck Dinner at a famous restaurant.  Following dinner you will witness a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 03: Beijing
Today you will walk on the most visited segment of the Great Wall, Badaling. To avoid the tourist eateries at the Wall, you will be taken to a local popular Sichuan restaurant for lunch. After lunch, you will visit the Ming Tomb and the Summer Palace. Tonight you will enjoy an a la carte dinner at a renowned Cantonese cuisine restaurant in the Wangfujing Street. (B+L+D)

Day 04: Beijing - Lhasa
This morning fly to Lhasa. Upon arrival, you will be met by the guide and transferred to the local best hotel. Acclimatize yourself to the high altitude in the afternoon. Tonight, the a la carte dinner will be served at a local best Sichuan cuisine restaurant. (B+D)

Day 05: Lhasa
This morning you will view the magnificent Potala Palace. After a western-style lunch, continue your sightseeing tour to the Sera Monastery and Norbulingka Park. Later, you'll visit a Tibetan family and get an opportunity to see their customs and how they live. Tonight you will dine at your hotel. (B+L+D)

Day 06: Lhasa
Start the day with visits to the Jokhang Temple, the thriving Barkhor Street bazaar. After a western-style lunch, you'll see the Tibet Museum, the Tibetan Tradition Medicine Hospital and the Lhasa Carpet Factory. This evening dinner will be served at the hotel. (B+L+D)

Day 07: Lhasa - Xian
Take flight to Xian and transfer to the hotel. Visit the ancient City Wall. This evening a sumptuous buffet dinner will be served at the hotel. (B+L+D)

Day 08: Xian
Tour the astounding Museum of Qin Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses. Then we'll return to the city for an a la carte lunch at a renowned Cantonese cuisine restaurant. In the afternoon, explore the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. This evening, you will be entertained with the marvelous Tang Dynasty Dinner Show in Tang Dynasty Palace. (Add: No. 75, Chang'an Road, Xi'an). Day 09: Xian
Visit the magnificent Shaanxi Provincial History Museum. After enjoying a delicious a la carte lunch at a local cuisine restaurant, visit the Great Mosque, the center of Xian's sizeable Muslim community and a local family, which helps you know how local people live. (B+L)

Day 10: Xian - Guilin
Visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi in the morning. Then you will take an afternoon flight to Guilin and transfer to the hotel. After dinner, you will enjoy the Ethnic Minority Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 11: Guilin - Yangshuo
Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Upon arrival in Yangshuo you can take a short bicycle trip to the countryside where you will visit a local villager's home and experience his rural lifestyle. Alternatively you can take our electric car instead of a bicycle. (Sometimes the food served on the cruise is not the best, so consider a hearty breakfast at the hotel this morning) (B+L)

Day 12: Yangshuo
The whole day is free for you to explore Yangshuo and its environs by yourselves. Enjoy this picturesque village walking through the crafts and antiques markets and perhaps relaxing with a pot of tea at a sidewalk café. You can also rent a bicycle and ride to the Moon Hill and the Big Banyan Tree. (B)

Day 13: Yangshuo - Guilin - Chongqing
This morning, take the short drive back to Guilin. Visit the Reed Flute Cave, Elephant Trunk Hill and the Seven Star Park. Then take an afternoon flight to Chongqing. Tonight enjoy a sumptuous buffet dinner at the 4-star Holiday Inn Yangtze. Then you will embark on the deluxe German-made cruise ship to stay overnight in preparation for your Yangtze cruise. Day 14: Chongqing - Fengdu
At 08:00, the ship sets sail down the mighty Yangtze River. Your sightseeing highlight today will be a visit to the Ghost City of Fengdu. (B+L+D)

Day 15: Badong - Xiling Gorge - Sandouping
Today, you'll stop at the town of Badong and take a small junk up the Shennong Stream and enjoy the spectacular natural scenery. The cruise will resume sailing into the western section of Xiling Gorge and passing through the five-step ship lock. (B+L+D)

Day 16: Sandouping
Today's visit is a short excursion to the monumental Three Gorges Dam Project at Sandouping. (B+L+D)

Day 17: Wuhan - Shanghai
The cruise ends in Wuhan at noon. You will be met by the guide and taken to have lunch at a local restaurant. You will have an opportunity to visit the Hubei Provincial Museum. Then take flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

Day 18: Shanghai
In the morning, tour the Shanghai Museum and Yuyuan Garden. After lunch, enjoy a cruise on the Huangpu River. Tonight's dinner will feature Shanghai cuisine at the renowned 260-year old Wang Bao He restaurant. After dinner, you'll go to the Shanghai Centre Theatre and see the fabulous Portman Acrobatic Show. Day 19: Departure from Shanghai
