Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Our guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of your day is free.

Day 02: Beijing
You will walk through Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.  Tonight you will feast on Peking Duck Dinner at a famous restaurant.  Following dinner you will witness a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 03: Beijing
Today you will walk on the most visited segment of the Great Wall, Badaling. To avoid the tourist eateries at the Wall, you will be taken to a local popular Sichuan restaurant for lunch. After lunch, you will visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. (B+L)

Day 04: Beijing - Xian
This morning you will visit the ornate Summer Palace on the shores of the immense Kunming Lake. After lunch, you'll take the afternoon flight to Xian and transfer to the hotel. Visit the ancient City Wall. (B+L)

Day 05: Xian
Tour the astounding Museum of Qin Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses. Then we'll return to the city for an a la carte lunch at a renowned Cantonese cuisine restaurant. In the afternoon, explore the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Great Mosque. Tonight you'll enjoy Xian's famous dining specialty, the Dumpling Banquet. After dinner you'll be entertained by the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. (B+L+D)

Day 06: Xian - Chongqing
Visit the Shaanxi Provincial History Museum in the morning. After having the a la carte lunch at a local well-known restaurant, take an afternoon flight to Chongqing. Visit the Panda House in Chongqing Zoo if time permits. Tonight enjoy a sumptuous buffet dinner at the 4-star Holiday Inn Yangtze. Then you will embark on the deluxe German-made cruise ship to stay overnight in preparation for your Yangtze cruise. (B+L+D)

Day 07: Chongqing - Fengdu
At 08:00, the ship sets sail down the mighty Yangtze River. Your sightseeing highlight today will be a visit to the Ghost City of Fengdu. (B+L+D)

Day 08: Badong - Xiling Gorge - Sandouping
Today, you'll stop at the town of Badong and take a small junk up the Shennong Stream and enjoy the spectacular natural scenery. The cruise will resume sailing into the western section of Xiling Gorge and passing through the five-step ship lock. (B+L+D)

Day 09: Sandouping
Today's visit is a short excursion to the monumental Three Gorges Dam Project at Sandouping. (B+L+D)

Day 10: Wuhan - Shanghai
The cruise ends in Wuhan at noon. You will be met by the guide and taken to have lunch at a local restaurant. You will have an opportunity to visit the Hubei Provincial Museum. Then take flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

Day 11: Shanghai
Today, tour the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden and the Bund. Later, you will visit a local family to experience the local people's life. Tonight's dinner will feature Shanghai cuisine at the renowned 260-year old Wang Bao He restaurant. After dinner, you'll go to the Shanghai Centre Theatre and see the fabulous Portman Acrobatic Show. Day 12: Shanghai - Guilin
Morning is free and lunch will be on your own. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport for your afternoon flight to Guilin. After dinner, you will enjoy the Ethnic Minority Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theatre. (B+D)

Day 13: Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin
Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Upon arrival in Yangshuo you can take a short bicycle trip to the countryside where you will visit a local villager's home and experience his rural lifestyle. Alternatively you can take our electric car instead of a bicycle. Then take the short drive back to Guilin. (Sometimes the food served on the cruise is not the best, so consider a hearty breakfast at the hotel this morning) (B+L)

Day 14: Guilin - Hong Kong
Today's visit includes the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill in the morning. Then take an afternoon flight to Hong Kong. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel we have booked for you by yourselves. (B+L)

Day 15: Hong Kong
The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are suggested to have a half-day Hongkong Island Tour. Peak tram ride to mid-level of Central District then to the Victoria Peak, visit the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and Stanley Market on your own. (B)

Day 16: Departure from Hong Kong
You will get to the airport to board your homeward flight by yourselves. (B)
