please confirm whether your embassy's in India will be open on 8th. & 9th. oct,2008 for issue of urgent visa's for visiting shanghai on government official visit on 15/16 oct,2008 for inspection of Escalators.

I have completed my cicycle tour for 18 counties and attende Athens Olympic (Grees) 2004with slogan of world peace by permission of Indian gov.I am the member of veries internation club member. My preparation for cicycle tour to china Beijing Olympic is compelet and next week applied for visa.Please guide me whether i can go through NATULA BORDER for Beijing.Your positive and early respons is expected.Thanking you.
