Day 02: Beijing
You will walk through Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.  Tonight you will feast on Peking Duck Dinner at a famous restaurant.  Following dinner you will witness a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 03: Beijing
Today you will walk on the most visited segment of the Great Wall, Badaling. To avoid the tourist eateries at the Wall, you will be taken to a local popular Sichuan restaurant for lunch. After lunch, you will visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. (B+L)

Day 04: Beijing - Xian
This morning you will visit the ornate Summer Palace on the shores of the immense Kunming Lake and the Panda House in Beijing Zoo. After lunch, take the afternoon flight to Xian and transfer to the local hotel. (B+L)

Day 05: Xian
Tour the astounding Museum of Qin Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses. Then we'll return to the city for an a la carte lunch at a renowned Cantonese cuisine restaurant. In the afternoon, explore the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Tonight you'll enjoy Xian's famous dining specialty, the Dumpling Banquet. After dinner you'll be entertained by the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. (B+L+D)

Day 06: Xian
Visit the magnificent Shaanxi Provincial History Museum. After enjoying a delicious a la carte lunch at a local cuisine restaurant, visit the ancient City Wall and the Great Mosque, the center of Xian's sizeable Muslim community. (B+L)

Day 07: Xian - Lhasa
Visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi in the morning. Then take flight to Lhasa. Upon arrival, you will be met by the guide and transferred to the local best hotel. Acclimatize yourself to the high altitude in the afternoon. Tonight, the a la carte dinner will be served at a local best Sichuan cuisine restaurant. (B+D)

Day 08: Lhasa
This morning you will view the magnificent Potala Palace. After a western-style lunch, continue your sightseeing tour to visit the Sera Monastery and Norbulingka Park. Later you'll meet a Tibetan family and get an opportunity to see their customs and how they live. Tonight you will dine at your hotel. (B+L+D)

Day 09: Lhasa

Start the day with visits to the Jokhang Temple, the thriving Barkhor Street bazaar. After a western-style lunch, you'll see the Tibet Museum, the Tibetan Tradition Medicine Hospital and the Lhasa Carpet Factory. This evening dinner will be served at the hotel. (B+L+D)

Day 10: Lhasa - Gyangtse
Drive to Gyangtse and stop at the Yamdrok Yumtso Lake and the Karola snow mountain before transferring to the Gyangtse Hotel. Visit the Pelkhor Monastery and Gyangtse Old Town. Tonight's dinner is served at your hotel. (B+L+D)

Day 11: Gyangtse - Shigatse
Enjoy the hour-long drive to the town of Shigatse and transfer to the Shigatse Hotel.  Visit the Tashilhunpo Monastery and the New Palace of Panchen where Tibetan lamas live and worship. (B+L+D)

Day 12: Shigatse - Dingri
This morning you will visit the Sakaya Monastery and Lhatse City on our way to Dingri. You'll be staying at the Everest Hotel, the location for this evening's dinner. (B+L+D)

Day 13: Dingri - Everest Base Camp - Dingri
Transfer to the Everest Base Camp and visit the Rongbuk Monastery at an altitude of nearly 5,000 meters. Return to Dingri where dinner will be served at your hotel. (B+L+D)

Day 14: Dingri - Zhangmu
Transfer to Zhangmu and check in the hotel. Dinner is served at your hotel. (B+L+D)

Day 15: Zhangmu - Katmandu
This morning you will be driven to the Kodari (Friendship Bridge) of the border, where your guide in Nepal will meet you at the Kodari of the Nepal side. Transfer you to the local hotel. (B+L)

Day 16: Katmandu

Start the day by visiting Pashupatinath Temple, the Bhaktapur Durbar Square, the Patan Durbar Square and the Golden Temple, one of the most famous Vihar in Katmandu valley. (B+L)
