You will walk through Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. Tonight you will feast on Peking Duck Dinner at a famous restaurant. Following dinner you will witness a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)

Today you will walk on the most visited segment of the Great Wall, Badaling. To avoid the tourist eateries at the Wall, you will be taken to a local popular Sichuan restaurant for lunch. After lunch, you will visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. Tonight you will enjoy an a la carte dinner at a renowned Cantonese cuisine restaurant in the Wangfujing Street. (B+L+D)

Take flight to Lhasa. Upon arrival, you will be met by the guide and transferred to the local best hotel. Acclimatize yourself to the high altitude in the afternoon. Tonight, the a la carte dinner will be served at a local best Sichuan cuisine restaurant. (B+D)

Start the day with visits to the Jokhang Temple, the thriving Barkhor Street bazaar. After a western-style lunch, you'll see the Tibet Museum, the Tibetan Tradition Medicine Hospital and the Lhasa Carpet Factory. This evening dinner will be served at the hotel. (B+L+D)

Drive to Gyangtse and stop at the Yamdrok Yumtso Lake and the Karola snow mountain before transferring to the Gyangtse Hotel. Tonight's dinner is served at the hotel you stay. (B+L+D)

Visit the Pelkhor Monastery and Gyangtse Old Town. Then take the hour-long drive to the town of Shigatse and transfer to the Shigatse Hotel. Dinner is served in your hotel. (B+L+D)
Today you will visit the Tashilhunpo Monastery and the New Palace of Panchen where Tibetan lamas live and worship. Then drive to Lhasa and transfer to the Lhasa Hotel. Tonight, you'll have dinner at the hotel. (B+L+D)

This morning you'll meet a Tibetan family and get an opportunity to see their customs and how they live. Then after lunch, take flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

In the morning, tour the Shanghai Museum and Yuyuan Garden. After lunch, enjoy a cruise on the Huangpu River. Tonight's dinner will feature Shanghai cuisine at the renowned 260-year old Wang Bao He restaurant. After dinner, you'll go to the Shanghai Centre Theatre and see the fabulous Portman Acrobatic Show.
