Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Our guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of your day is free.

Day 02: Beijing
You will walk through Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.  Tonight you will feast on Peking Duck Dinner at a famous restaurant.  Following dinner you will witness a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 03: Beijing
Today you will walk on the most visited segment of the Great Wall, Badaling. To avoid the tourist eateries at the Wall, you will be taken to a local popular Sichuan restaurant for lunch. After lunch, you will visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. (B+L)

Day 04: Beijing - Lhasa
This morning fly to Lhasa. Upon arrival, you will be met by the guide and transferred to the local hotel. Acclimatize yourself to the high altitude in the afternoon. Tonight, the a la carte dinner will be served at a local best Sichuan cuisine restaurant. (B+D)

Day 05: Lhasa
This morning you will view the magnificent Potala Palace. After a western-style lunch, continue your sightseeing tour to the Sera Monastery and Norbulingka Park. Later, you'll visit a Tibetan family and get an opportunity to see their customs and how they live. Tonight you will dine at your hotel. (B+L+D)

Day 06: Lhasa
Start the day with visits to the Jokhang Temple, the thriving Barkhor Street bazaar. After a western-style lunch, you'll see the Tibet Museum, the Tibetan Tradition Medicine Hospital and the Lhasa Carpet Factory. This evening dinner will be served at the hotel. (B+L+D)

Day 07: Lhasa - Xian
Take flight to Xian and transfer to the hotel. Visit the ancient City Wall. (B+L)

Day 08: Xian
Tour the astounding Museum of Qin Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses. Then we'll return to the city for an a la carte lunch at a renowned Cantonese cuisine restaurant. In the afternoon, explore the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Tonight you'll enjoy Xian's famous dining specialty, the Dumpling Banquet. After dinner you'll be entertained by the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. (B+L+D)

Day 09: Xian - Guilin
Visit the Shaanxi Provincial History Museum in the morning. After having the a la carte lunch at a local well-known restaurant, visit the Great Mosque. Then take an afternoon flight to Guilin and transfer to the hotel. After dinner, you will enjoy the Ethnic Minority Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 10: Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin
Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Upon arrival in Yangshuo you can take a short bicycle trip to the countryside where you will visit a local villager's home and experience his rural lifestyle. Alternatively you can take our electric car instead of a bicycle. Then take the short drive back to Guilin. (Sometimes the food served on the cruise is not the best, so consider a hearty breakfast at the hotel this morning) (B+L)

Day 11: Guilin - Shanghai
Today's visit includes the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill. Then take an afternoon flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

Day 12: Shanghai
Today, tour the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden and the Bund. Later, you will visit a local family to experience the local people's life. Tonight's dinner will feature Shanghai cuisine at the renowned 260-year old Wang Bao He restaurant. After dinner, you'll go to the Shanghai Centre Theatre and see the fabulous Portman Acrobatic Show. Day 13: Departure from Shanghai
You will be transferred to the airport to board your homeward bound flight filled with memories of your exciting journey to this most amazing land. (B)
