Our professional local guide will express our sincere welcome to you at the Beijing Airport. Then a comfortable private transfer from the airport to the hotel will be considerately arranged. The rest of your day is free. You are advised to explore the superb city by yourself or recover from the jet leg at the classy hotel.

Start the marvelous tour from the respectful Tiananmen Square, the city’s landmark. This immense courtyard is the site of various historical events which will be detailedly explained by your knowledgeable tour guide. Then walk about 10 minutes to reach the Forbidden City. The magnificent Forbidden City is the largest and the best-preserved Imperial Palace complex in the world. It is a must see for every traveler who visit Beijing for the first time. In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Heaven, which is in the south of the city. The Temple of Heaven is the largest group of structures in the country dedicated to rituals that pay homage to the glory of heaven. This evening, you will feast on Peking Duck Dinner at a local popular restaurant.  And a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre will be arranged after the dinner. (B+L+D)

Drive about more than one hour to the northwest Badaling Great Wall. There are many scenic spots in the Great Wall area, including the Wangjing Stone, the Tanqin Gorge and the Shifo Temple. In order to avoid the tourist eateries which may not meet your expectation around the Wall, you will be taken to a local renowned Sichuan restaurant for a rich lunch. After lunch, a visit to Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb will be scheduled. The Sacred Way is actually a long path. It is a part of the Ming Tomb site, which leads travelers to the majestic mausoleum. Occupying an area of 180 thousand square kilometers, the Ming tomb is the unique subterranean tomb that is open for public among the thirteen mausoleums. (B+L+D) 
 

Differences
For Luxury Series, the clients will enjoy an a la carte dinner at a local popular Cantonese cuisine restaurant in the Wangfujing Avenue.
For Standard Series, we prefer to leave this dinner on your own since it is easy for you to find some good restaurants in this metropolis. You may get some useful suggestions from your local tour guide.

In the morning, you will visit the ornate Summer Palace, which is another one that is definitely a 'must see’ in Beijing. The Summer Palace holds a special place in the history of Chinese gardens, thus ranking among one of the Four Famous Gardens in China in addition to the Imperial Summer Villa of Chengde, the Humble Administrator's Garden and the Lingering Garden in Suzhou. Afterwards, you are invited to see the lovely pandas in Beijing Zoo. After lunch, take an afternoon flight to Xian and transfer to the well-selected hotel. (B+L+D)

For Standard Series, we would like to leave this dinner on your own. You may ask for suggestions from your tour guide or hotel reception.

This morning, you will tour the stunning Museum of Qin Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses, which is the most astounding archeological excavations of the 20th century. As of now, there are still many puzzles waiting for archeologists’ discovery. You may also discuss with your knowledgeable tour guide if you are interested. Then you will drive back to the city for an a la carte lunch at a reputed Cantonese cuisine restaurant. Start the afternoon tour from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda which attracts numerous visitors for its fame in the Buddhist religion, its simple but appealing style of construction, and its new square in front of the temple. Then visit the well-preserved ancient City Wall. It was built first in the early Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and renovated in recent years. (B+L+D)

For Luxury Series, tonight you will be entertained with the marvelous Tang Dynasty Dinner and Show at Tang Dynasty Palace (Add: No.75, Chang'an Road, Xian).
For Standard Series: you will enjoy the wonderful Dumpling Banquet and Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show at Shaanxi Opera Theatre (Add: No. 165, Wenyi Road, Xian).

Visit the magnificent Shaanxi Provincial History Museum. Shaanxi Province is the birthplace of the ancient Chinese civilization, and the Shaanxi History Museum considers it an obligation to be a showcase of ancient civilizations. After enjoying a delicious a la carte lunch at a local popular cuisine restaurant, visit the Great Mosque, one of the oldest, largest and best-preserved Islamic mosques in China. Afterwards, a local family visit will be arranged, which offers you a chance to communicate with local people and to know how they live. (B+L)

Visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi and his wife. It is a modern comprehensive museum with unique architecture style, classy decoration and advanced equipments. Lunch will be left on your own at a result of the improper flight time. Take a flight to mystical Lhasa. Upon arrival, you will be met by the guide and transferred to the local hotel. Acclimatize yourself to the high altitude in the afternoon. This evening, the a la carte dinner will be arranged at a local famous Sichuan cuisine restaurant. (B+D)

This morning you will visit the magnificent Potala Palace that is on the top of the Red Mountain. It is the symbol of the sacred land. The Potala Palace is not only famous for its majestic building complex, but also its rare cultural relics. After having a western-style lunch at a local popular restaurant, continue your sightseeing tour to visit the Sera Monastery and Norbulingka Park. Enjoy a history of more than 500 years; the Sera Monastery is one of the six main temples of Gelu sect of the Tibetan Buddhism. The Norbulingka Park is the most beautiful garden in Tibet, which occupies the largest area and has many historic sites. This evening you will have dinner at your hotel. (B+L+D)

Start the day tour with visits to the Jokhang Temple and the thriving Barkhor Street bazaar. The Barkhor Street is a busy merchant street around the Jokhang Temple. Both of the sites are externally like a big timepiece with an overlook and the Temple is the bell axis. A western-style lunch is served at a local famous restaurant. In the afternoon, you will see the official Tibet Museum, which is the first modern museum in Tibet. The items on display show travelers the splendid Tibetan culture, history, religion, art and folk-custom. Afterward, visit the Tibetan Tradition Medicine Hospital where you can learn the foundation, development and production of Tibetan medicine. The last destination of the day is the Lhasa Carpet Factory, which is a noteworthy enterprise. Tonight the dinner will be served at the hotel. (B+L+D)

In the morning, you are invited to visit a Tibetan family and get an opportunity to see their customs and how they live. The hospitable host will be prepared to welcome you. Then after lunch, take a flight to prosperous Shanghai. The professional tour guide and experienced driver will wait for you at the airport. Transfer to the hotel for rest. (B+L)

This morning you will see the Shanghai Museum. Founded in 1952, it is a large ancient art museum which is famous for bronze, chinaware, calligraphy and painting. Then have a visit to the classical Yuyuan Garden. The Grand Rockery, in the center of the Garden, is the most renowned sight here. For the afternoon activities, we have different arrangements for the luxury and standard series, hereunder please check the differences. This evening, a delicious a la carte dinner is served at Central Hotel, whose restaurant Wang Bao He has a history of around 260 years and is the best place to serve Shanghai Cuisine. After dinner, the wonderful Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre will be arranged. (B+L+D) 
 

Differences
For Luxury Series, after lunch you will be driven to the Bund area, where you will take a memorable cruise tour on the Huangpu River. The cruise will start at 14:00, reach the Wusongkou pier and then get back to the Bund at 17:00. Then we would like to leave you some free time to explore the Bund area on your own.
For Standard Series, after lunch you will be taken to visit the Bund along the Huangpu River and the famous Nanjing Road, China's premier shopping street. And then a local family visit is scheduled, which helps you know more about local people’s life.

Today a private hotel-airport transfer will be arranged for you to board your homeward flight. At the airport, bid a farewell to this amazing land. (B)
