Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport on time based on your flight schedule and transfer you to the Forbidden Hotel (3 star) for a 5-night stay,which is located at the city center. It is very close to Wangfujing - Beijing's most famous shopping area and the Forbidden City. The rest of the day is free for your own to arrange.

After breakfast and before the tour starts, you will have a pre-tour introductory talk and meet your whole group members as well. Your first stop today is the impressive Tian'anmen Square which can hold 1000,000 people at the same time. It is the symbol of China and the assembling place for national celebrations and important events. After walking through the Tiananmen Square and entering the Meridian Gate, there is the imperial palace which has served 24 emperors of Ming and Qing dynasties, the Forbidden City. After lunch, we will take you to the Temple of Heaven, the altar where the emperors worshipped the heaven for good harvests and blessing. After having a delicious Chinese meal at a delicate restaurant, the breathtaking Acrobatic Show will give you a fresh experience. (B+L+D)

Today’s tour includes a short hike as you will visit the splendid Great Wall in the morning. After about 1 hour’s driving, you will reach the Badaling section and have 2 hours’ free time to explore this world’s wonder by yourself. We suggest you climb to a vantage point and see the Great Wall stretch illimitably to the skyline, the view is definitely stirring. After an elaborate meal which is served at a local popular Sichuan restaurant, visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon. On the way back to downtown to enjoy the Beijing Duck Dinner valued at CNY122.00 net per person (inclusive) at a famous restaurant, appreciate the appearance of the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium). Summer Palace was the imperial summer resort in Qing Dynasty and you will have a 2 hours’ brief visit to appreciate the exquisite landscapes and magnificent architectures in the morning. Then a short stop at the Beijing Zoo to see the squabby and lovely pandas will surely brighten your day and mood. After lunch, a tour to the traditional Hutong area is scheduled. You will trace the old Beijing culture by walking through the original Hutong alleys and visiting a local family in the Beijing Quadrangle. (B+L+D)

After having the breakfast at the hotel, you will pack and head to the airport according to your flight schedule by yourself. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind and check out of the hotel before 12:00. You may ask the hotel reception to get you a taxi in advance and the driving to the airport takes about 50 minutes. There are 3 terminals at Beijing Capital International Airport and terminal 3 are a little far from the other two, please make sure you will get to the right one 3 hours prior to your flight schedule.
