Our guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of your day is free.

 

After breakfast, meet the other members of your group during the pre-tour briefing in the hotel. You will walk through Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. Tonight you will feast on Peking Duck valued at CNY122.00 net per person (price included) at a famous restaurant. Following dinner you will witness a brilliant Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)

 

Today you will walk on the most visited segment of the Great Wall, Badaling. To avoid the tourist eateries at the Wall, you will be taken to a local popular Sichuan restaurant for lunch. After lunch, you will visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. (B+L+D)

 

This morning you will visit the ornate Summer Palace on the shores of the immense Kunming Lake and the lovely Giant Pandas in Beijing Zoo. After lunch, you'll take the afternoon flight to Xian and transfer to the local best hotel. A sumptuous buffet dinner valued at CNY168.00 net per person (price included) will be served at the hotel this evening. (B+L+D)

 

Tour the astounding Museum of Qin Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses where over 7,000 life-size warriors have stood guard for the last 2,000 years. Then we'll return to the city for an a la carte lunch valued at CNY80.00 net per person (price included). In the afternoon, explore the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the ancient City Wall. This evening you will be transferred to the Tang Dynasty Palace, where you will be entertained with the splendid Tang Dynasty Dinner Show. (Add: No.75, Chang'an Road, Xian). (B+L+D) 

 

Visit the magnificent Shaanxi Provincial History Museum. After enjoying a delicious a la carte lunch valued at CNY80.00 net per person (price included), visit a local family to know how local people live. Visit the Great Mosque and then walk through the neighboring bazaar. The a la carte dinner valued at CNY80.00 net per person (price included) will be served at a famous Sichuan cuisine restaurant. You will visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi in the morning. Then you will take an afternoon flight to Chongqing. Tonight enjoy a sumptuous buffet dinner valued at CNY88.00 net per person (price included) at the 4-star Holiday Inn Yangtze. Then you will embark on the German-made China Regal cruise ship to stay overnight in preparation for your Yangtze cruise. (B+L+D)

 

At 08:00, the China Regal sets sail down the mighty Yangtze River. Your sightseeing highlight today will be a visit to the Ghost City of Fengdu. (B+L+D)

 

Today, you'll stop at the town of Badong and take a small junk up the Shennong Stream and enjoy the spectacular natural scenery. The cruise will resume sailing into the western section of Xiling Gorge and passing through the five-step ship lock. (B+L+D)

 

This morning take an excursion to the Three Gorges Dam Project. The cruise will resume sailing through the eastern section of Xiling Gorge. Exit the gorges at Yichang city, where you pass the ship lock of Gezhouba Dam. Experience the world's largest hydroelectric project to be completed in 2009. At 20:00 take part in the dancing and music performance in the evening party. (B+L+D)

 

The cruise ends in Wuhan at noon. Have an aftertaste on the scenery along the Yangtze River, and then disembark the cruise ship. You will be met by the guide and taken to have lunch at a local restaurant. Visit the Hubei Provincial Museum. Fly to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel. The evening will be free for you to explore something of Shanghai. (B+L)

 

In the morning, tour the Shanghai Museum and Yuyuan Garden. After lunch, enjoy a cruise on the Huangpu River. Tonight's dinner valued at CNY105.00 net per person will feature Shanghai cuisine at the renowned 260-year old Wang Bao He restaurant. After dinner, you'll go to the Shanghai Centre Theatre and see the fabulous Portman Acrobatic Show. (B+L+D)

 

This morning is free to explore this city by yourselves. After lunch, you will take a flight to Guilin and transfer to check in at the local best hotel. After dinner, you will enjoy the Ethnic Minority Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theatre. (B+L+D)

 

Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Upon arrival in Yangshuo you can take a short bicycle trip to the countryside where you will visit a local villager's home and experience his rural lifestyle. Alternatively you can take our electric car instead of a bicycle. Then take the short drive back to Guilin. (Sometimes the food served on the cruise is not the best, so consider a hearty breakfast at the hotel this morning) (B+L+D)

 

Visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Elephant Trunk Hill and the delightful Seven Star Park. Then take a flight to Hong Kong. Upon arrival, please check in at the hotel we have booked for you by yourselves. (B+L)

 

The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are suggested to have a half-day Hongkong Island Tour. Peak tram ride to mid-level of Central District then to the Victoria Peak, visit the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and Stanley Market on your own. (B)
