Day 01: Arrival in Beijing

Our guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of your day is free.

Day 02: Beijing

You will walk through Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.  Tonight you will feast on Peking Duck Dinner at a famous restaurant.  Following dinner you will witness a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 03: Beijing

Today you will walk on the most visited segment of the Great Wall, Badaling. To avoid the tourist eateries at the Wall, you will be taken to a local popular Sichuan restaurant for lunch. After lunch, you will visit the Ming Tomb and the Sacred Way. (B+L)

Day 04: Beijing - Xian

Morning is free at leisure. Lunch will be on your own. Visit the ornate Summer Palace on the shores of the immense Kunming Lake this afternoon. After dinner, get board on an overnight soft sleeper train to Xian. (B+D)

Day 05: Xian

Your local guide will meet you at the railway station in the early morning and transfer to the hotel. After breakfast served in the hotel, visit the magnificent Shaanxi Provincial History Museum. Enjoy a delicious a la carte lunch at a local cuisine restaurant. Visit the Great Mosque and the ancient City Wall in the afternoon. (B+L)

 Confucius Temple, Qufu



Day 06: Xian

Tour the astounding Museum of Qin Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses. Then we'll return to the city for an a la carte lunch at a renowned Cantonese cuisine restaurant. In the afternoon, explore the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Tonight you'll enjoy Xian's famous dining specialty, the Dumpling Banquet. After dinner you'll be entertained by the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. (B+L+D)

Day 07: Xian - Jinan

Take flight to Jinan and transfer to the hotel. Today you will visit the Baotu Spring and the Black Tiger Spring. (B+L)

Day 08: Jinan - Qufu

You'll start the day driving to Qufu, the home of Confucius, and then transferring to the Queli Hotel. Today you'll immerse yourself in a true Confucian experience visiting the Confucian Temple, Mansion and Forest. (B+L)

Day 09: Qufu - Taian - Jinan

Take a short drive to Tai'an this morning. Here you will ride in a cable car to the summit of the sacred Mt. Tai. Later, visit the awesome Dai Miao Temple. Then we'll return to Jinan and check in the hotel. (B+L)

Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou



Day 10: Jinan - Shanghai

Take a morning flight to Shanghai and check in a local hotel. In the afternoon, tour the Shanghai Museum, the Bund and the Nanjing Road. (B+L)

Day 11: Shanghai

Morning is free at leisure. Lunch is on your own. Visit the Yuyuan Garden and a local family to experience the local people's life. Tonight's dinner will feature Shanghai cuisine at the renowned 260-year old Wang Bao He restaurant. After dinner, you'll go to the Shanghai Centre Theatre and see the fabulous Portman Acrobatic Show. (B+L+D)

Day 12: Shanghai - Suzhou

Take a soft seat train to Suzhou and check in the local hotel. Enjoy the city tour to the Humble Administrator's Garden, the Garden of the Master of the Nets and the Tiger Hill. (B+L)

Day 13: Suzhou - Shanghai - Guilin

Drive back to Shanghai and connect the flight to Guilin. Your local guide in Guilin will meet you at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Visit the Reed Flute Cave in the afternoon. After dinner, you will enjoy the Ethnic Minority Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 14: Guilin - Longsheng - Guilin

You'll make a day-trip to the remote area of Longsheng, an area dominated by minority groups. The highlight here is the Longji Terraced Fields, the Villages of Zhuang Minority People, Yao Minority People and the Suspension Bridge in small size. Drive back to Guilin in the late afternoon. (B+L)

Day 15: Guilin - Yangshuo

Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Upon arrival in Yangshuo you can take a short bicycle trip to the countryside where you will visit a local villager's home and experience his rural lifestyle. Alternatively you can take our electric car instead of a bicycle. (Sometimes the food served on the cruise is not the best, so consider a hearty breakfast at the hotel this morning) (B+L)

Day 16: Yangshuo

Your day is free to explore Yangshuo and its environs. Enjoy this picturesque village walking through the crafts and antiques markets and perhaps relaxing with a pot of tea at a sidewalk café. You can also rent a bicycle and ride to the Moon Hill and the Big Banyan Tree. (B)

Day 17: Yangshuo - Guilin - Guangzhou

Drive back to Guilin in the morning. Take a visit to the Elephant Trunk Hill and the Fubo Hill. Then connect flight to Guangzhou and check in the local hotel. (B+L)

Victoria Bay, Hongkong



Day 18: Guangzhou - Hongkong

Visit Dr. Sun Yat Sen's Memorial Hall, the Five-Ram Statue and the Chen Family Temple. Then explore the Qingping Market and Shamian Island. Take the express train to Hongkong. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel we have booked for you by yourselves. (B+L)

Day 19: Hong Kong

The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are suggested to have a half-day Hongkong Island Tour. Peak tram ride to mid-level of Central District then to the Victoria Peak, visit the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and Stanley Market on your own. (B)

Day 20: Departure from Hongkong

You will get to the airport to board your homeward flight by yourselves. (B)
