Day 01: Arrival in Beijing

Day 02: Beijing

You will walk through Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. Tonight you will feast on Peking Duck Dinner at a famous restaurant. Following dinner you will witness a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 03: Beijing

Today you will walk on the most visited segment of the Great Wall, Badaling. To avoid the tourist eateries at the Wall, you will be taken to a local popular Sichuan restaurant for lunch. After lunch, you will visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. (B+L)

Day 04: Beijing - Xian

This morning you will visit the ornate Summer Palace on the shores of the immense Kunming Lake. After lunch, you'll take the afternoon flight to Xian and transfer to the hotel. Visit the ancient City Wall. (B+L)

Day 05: Xian

Tour the astounding Museum of Qin Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses. Then we'll return to the city for an a la carte lunch at a renowned Cantonese cuisine restaurant. In the afternoon, explore the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Tonight you'll enjoy Xian's famous dining specialty, the Dumpling Banquet. After dinner you'll be entertained by the marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. (B+L+D)

Day 06: Xian - Shanghai

Visit the Shaanxi Provincial History Museum in the morning. After having the a la carte lunch at a local well-known restaurant, visit the Great Mosque. Then take an afternoon flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

Day 07: Shanghai

Today, tour the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden and the Bund. Later, you will visit a local family to experience the local people's life. Tonight's dinner will feature Shanghai cuisine at the renowned 260-year old Wang Bao He restaurant. After dinner, you'll go to the Shanghai Centre Theatre and see the fabulous Portman Acrobatic Show. Day 08: Shanghai - Guilin

Morning is free and lunch will be on your own. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport for your afternoon flight to Guilin. After dinner, you will enjoy the Ethnic Minority Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theatre. (B+D)

Day 09: Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin

Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Upon arrival in Yangshuo you can take a short bicycle trip to the countryside where you will visit a local villager's home and experience his rural lifestyle. Alternatively you can take our electric car instead of a bicycle. Then take the short drive back to Guilin. (Sometimes the food served on the cruise is not the best, so consider a hearty breakfast at the hotel this morning) (B+L)

Day 10: Guilin - Hong Kong

Visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel we have booked for you by yourselves. (B+L)

Day 11: Hong Kong

The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are suggested to have a half-day Hongkong Island Tour. Peak tram ride to mid-level of Central District then to the Victoria Peak, visit the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and Stanley Market on your own. (B)

Day 12: Departure from Hong Kong

You will get to the airport to board your homeward flight by yourselves. (B)
