China Hotel Booking

Please read the following Terms and Conditions before making your bookings through our website. The Terms and Conditions are in purpose to make your booking easily and clearly. By sending the booking request, you are agree to be bound by our General Terms and Conditions.

Prices and Description:

• Room prices list on our website is per room per night, including 15% service fee, some of the prices include breakfast while some excludes, and the detailed information about price is shown on our website. But for the other small extra taxes such as the government tax in Dalian and the city construction fee in Guilin, which is not included in the online room rate, you are required to pay it at the hotel reception as well. All the hotel rooms at the rates shown on our website should be limited by the hotel's availability and certain period.
• Children under 12 years old, will be free of charge for sharing room with parents, and take 50% off discount for breakfast. But if the children occupying an extra bed or one bed, the price will be the same as the adult.
• The hotel descriptions on our website is collected for your reference only, any differences between ChinaTour360 and the hotel, please comply with real situation in the hotel.

Reservation:

• Please browse our website www.chinatour360.com to choose your preferred hotel, you can fill in the booking form and submit it online, after receiving your booking requests, our specialists will precede your reservations accurately and reply you within 12 hours.
• If your reservation is more than 8 rooms or more, please email us directly for the discount group price, which is subject to the hotels' policy.
• For the special requirement like non-smoking room, nice view room, top floor, and airport pick-up services, are all based on the hotels' availabilities.
• Although the hotel bookings can be accepted from several months in advance to a few hours prior to the check in time, in order to book the hotel rooms certainly, you are suggested submit the booking as early as possible, especially during the tourism and conference peak time, such as the Christmas day, Chinese Spring Festival and the Canton Trade Fair.

Confirmation:

All your bookings will be confirmed only after receiving your credit card fax form or your prepayment. The hotel voucher and Chinese & English hotel address will be forwarded to your as the final confirmation from us.

Payment:

Pay at the hotel reception:

All your bookings must be guaranteed by the major credit card (Visa and Master card only). By charging the first night room rate as the deposit, your booking will be confirmed completely, and then a hotel voucher will be sent to you for your check-in purpose. The charged room rate is used for guarantee only, all the room rate should be paid by cash or credit card at the hotel reception when you check out. After that the deposit will be debited back to your card.

Prepayment:

Some hotels may require prepayment during some peak season, we can accept the payment by the followings methods:

• Cable Transfer: conventional pay. The transfer charge is on your side.
• Western Union: instant pay, safe and fast. The transfer charge is on your side.
• Paypal: online instant pay, safe and fast. The transfer charge is on your side.

You will be guided with detailed information after you confirm the booking with US.

Check in and Check out:

• Usually, the hotel check in time is after 14:00pm and check out time is before 12:00 at noon. Any early check in or late check out might cause some surcharge, which is subject to the hotels' policy.
• Our quotation is list for room rental only, if there is any other extra personal consumption, such as laundry, room service and telephone calls, you should pay it at the hotel reception when you check out.

Cancellation and amendments:

The cancellation policy varies according to the hotel and period that is booked. You will be guide for cancellation details in our reply. For any cancellation or amendments, a written notice must be given at least 72 hours before arrival. Our fax number is 0086-29-8539 7349.

Responsibility:

As a hotel booking agency, we will try our best to reserve the proper hotel rooms for all our valued clients due to every of requirement in time. We are not responsible for any personal losses or damages occurred at the hotel. But we will do our best to help you solving the problems you might encounter.
