Introduction: Pearl River Delta Intercity Rail Rapid Transit (RRT) Guangzhou-Foshan Section, short for GuangFo Subway Line, is the first intercity subway in China and the first subway in Foshan City. It crosses Haizhu and Liwan Districts of Guangzhou and Chancheng and Nanhai Districts of Foshan. After its completion, a single trip from Guangzhou to Foshan will be shortened to 39 minutes. Since November, 2010, a majority part of it from Xilang to Kuiqi Road has been in operation.
