Hancheng Great Wall (Update:2007/05/16): Maybe you don't think the small and shabby mound coverd with weeds is the relic of the Great Wall of the Warring States Period (476BC-221BC),but it truely is. It is considered the earliest Great Wall built for defense in ancient China.

When you climb to the city tower of Shanhaiguan Pass and look into the north, you will see the Great Wall dancing on the continuous mountain ridges like a vigorous dragon. And if you look into the south, you will see the broad and boundless Bohai Sea and the Great Wall throwing itself into the sea.
