Beacon Tower (Update:2007/05/16)

Maybe it is a little hard for you to figure out that this was a beacon tower in the Han Dynasty (206BC-220). From this picture you can see that the basic materials of the beacon towers are the concrete slab and reeds. Simply because of the materials, this section of the wall is cast-iron and till today.
