
Jinshanling Great Wall is located at the boundary between Miyun County of Beijing and Luanping County of Hebei Province. It totals 10.5 km (6.5 miles) long from the western end Gubeikou to the eastern end Wangjing Tower. Jinshanling Great Wall is the best-preserved Ming-Dynasty (1368 - 1644) Great Wall in China and has been listed into the World Heritage List. On the Great Wall, there are all-style towers, fortresses, batteries and watchtowers, making a strong protective system for Jinshanling Great Wall.
