We had a wonderful trip. The guides were superb. If you do trips to other countries, we would be interested. We would rate you an A+.

Our favorite meals were at the Chongqing Holiday Inn and the Royal Palace in the park in Beijing. (All meals in Beijing were great.)

The guides were fantastic and made the trip. We especially enjoyed Jimmy, Ruth and Rose.

Great driving skill for all of the drivers. The vans were clean and service was great.

Ruth was exceptionally smart and current in her knowlege of Chinese and US culture.

We really enjoyed the Hyatt hotel in Xian. The 9th floor amenities were fantastic. They made us feel very special. The Presidential Suite on the boat was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean and the views were amazing. We were a little disappointed at the Peninsula in Beijing. We have stayed before at the Hyatt in Bejing and found it nicer.

Overall, a wonderful trip. We especially enjoyed the Shanghai acrobats and the dinner show in Xian, and the Snowy Jade Palace.

Another suggestion: It would have been helpful to start and end the trip in the same city, as round trip airfare is so much cheaper. (We bought our own tickets back to Shanghai to fly home. This was a little difficult to purchase from the US.)

Our overall experience with your company is very commendable and extremely superior. We would recommend your company without hesitation at all times especially in Beijing. Izzy Yan, our tour guide is very knowledgeable in all the places she showed us and has patience in answering our questions. She is very articulate and very presentable. Without her help and guidance, our dream to explore Beijing would have been a disaster. We really appreciate the excellent selection of food and restaurants where we had our lunch and dinner. We enjoyed the Peking Opera performance where we were able to pick up a bit of the culture of China. Crowne Plaza where we stayed, exceeded our expectation especially with their sumptuous breakfast. The driver, Mr. Lee, was courteous and always smiling, the car was very clean everyday and he always arrived on time to pick us up. We really appreciate the two hours smooth trip to Tianjin and the help both Izzy and Mr. Lee provided us in carrying our luggage inside the port building.

Restaurants and meals were quite OK but without a certain highlight. Since we are living in China, we might already be a little bit more familiar to Chinese food than most of other tourists coming from abroad. So, we expected some more typical local specialities which we did not know, yet. The only exception was the Restaurant of Weihai Hotel Kunming.

With respect to the tour guides, we have absolutely no cause to complain. All the three guides were very kind and their working attitude was perfect. They all spoke a very good English and their knowledge about the places we visited remarkebly and we got a lot of interesting informations.

All our drivers were friendly, helpfull and did not give us any reason to complain. Also the cars were OK and kept clean all the way.

Although all of our guides during that tour were outstanding, we especially want to thank our guide Rose from Kunming. Her warm-hearted welcome and care, her open mind, combined with a sound and wide knowlegde about all the things we were interested in, as well as her excellent English made our stay in Kunming really memorable.

We, for the first time, booked a tour to Kunming, Dali and Lijiang in April 2008 with ChinaTour360 and we were highly satisfied both with the communication between ChinaTour360 and us and the perfect organization of our trip. Transportation, accommodation and foot did not give cause for any complaints. And in all places we visited we met well educated, knowlegdeable and very friendly tour guides. So we really enjoyed our trip and we will definitely book our next one with ChinaTour360, too.

As for the comments on your services:

The meals were overall very good. Excellent quality and preparation. It did seem that some of the dishes on the set menus were geared toward "Western" tastes and we would not have minded if some of the choices were more adventurous. Our favorite meal was lunch in Guilin. Robin helped us choose some really delicious entrees. Overall, lunch and dinner tended to be too close together for such large meals.

All the guides were quite conscientious. And Ray in Beijing was particularly friendly, energetic and informative.

All of the guides spoke perfectly fluent English and very knowledgeable about each site we visited. .

The drivers were courteous and skilled. Mr. Lee in Beijing was particularly conscientious and professional.

We would like to give a special mention to the guide in Beijing. Ray in Beijing was exceptional and got our trip started with great enthusiasm. And when one of our luggage broke, Ray took care of having it repaired at a local shop.

Robin in Guilin/Yangshuo was also very personable and we enjoyed his perspective.
