Cecilly/ William,

Thank you to you and to everyone involved in our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

In general we found the size of the servings offered for just the 2 of us to be too large, especially when we were having both lunch and dinner on a day. The Shanghai farewell dinner was probably our favorite of the meals provided.

All 3 guides were very conscientious. Our guide Wu in Beijing was our preferred guide. They all spoke English well.

All 3 drivers were good, with the car and driver in Beijing being the best.

Wu in Beijing was particularly kind and thoughtful throughout. The whole tour was memorable and we have been very impressed with the prompt response and service from you throughout. Our only mild disappointment was with the ‘free gift’ from you in Xian. It was nice to receive a gift, but we would suggest that simple t-shirts rather let you down. Perhaps something more Chinese, such as chopsticks or a fan would be more appropriate (even with a company logo!).

For website:

We highly recommend the luxury tour services provided by ChinaTour360. The prompt, efficient, courteous and professional service from everyone from the office staff to the guides and drivers made this China trip an absolute pleasure.

Regards,

Hello Judy,

As I mentioned before we had a really memorable trip and thank you for your help with the arrangements.

As far as the guides, our guides in Xian, Lily, and Chonqing, Jerry, were the best. They were easy going, funny and enthusiastic, which fit our group perfectly. They were always ready to help and I'm only sorry we did not spend more time with them. Lily helped us resolve a problem at the hotel when they lost one of our passports, Jerry even offered us some medicine for our mosquito bites. They were really a pleasure to have as guides. All of the guides spoke good to excellent English, we had no problem understanding them and they were all knowledgeable about the places we visited. As far as attitude, Lily and Jerry were excellent.

As far as the hotels you arranged for us, they were all very nice. The facilities, location, etc. was perfect. The service was great except in Xian. Their service is totally lousy and I do not recommend you put people up at the Aurum. I understand this is not one of the regular hotels you use, but we had requested a hotel with a swimming pool, next time, we will do without the pool, the service here was terrible.

Cars and drivers were all perfect. Drivers were excellent, courteous and nice. Vans and buses always clean and well-kept.

Meals: it was always a treat getting to clean and air-conditioned restaurants with clean western style bathrooms! The meals were fine, we really enjoyed the last meal you arranged at the Central Hotel in Shanghai. This was one of the two a la carte dinners we had.

All in all, we had a really wonderful China trip, with the ocassional mishap as mentioned above, but in the end, these are small things. We have such good memories, the bike trip on the Xian Wall, flying kites in Tian'anmen Square, climbing the Great Wall and sliding down on the toboggan, shopping in the markets, thank you so much for arranging it for us!!! We will look forward to returning one day, and will certainly use ChinaTour360 again to plan our trip and if possible, use Lily for our entire trip!!!!
Thanks from all of us!

Maggie/Ruby,

We have finally recovered from our travels enough to sit down and respond to your survey. Hope this helps.

We believe there was sufficient time for each event throughout the tour with the following exceptions:

a. Peking Opera: 1hr and 40 mins was far too long.

b. Sturgeon Farm: This was a filler event before a flight and we had no interest.

Notes: According to the clients' feedback, ChinaTour360 have removed the Sturgeon Museum from all the itineraries.

All of the meals were exceptional. The restaurants were superb. We commend you company for this. Our only recommendation, and it is one that we hope you take seriously, is that, although we are visiting your country, we would recommend giving us westerners a break from the chinese food. Once, in the middle of the tour, allow us to enjoy a western restaurant: Outback, Spaghetti House, etc.

All the guides were very professional and were very representative of China and ChinaTour360. They spoke English well enough for us to understand.

All drivers were very good and the buses were kept exceptionally clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with your company. The guides were tremendous; they were always there at the appointed time...even when our flight was delayed three hours (Guilin to Hong Kong); We never lost any luggage; The hotels were excellent (Do not reduce the quality of the hotels in the future); We realize the river cruise boat was the best available but it was advertised as a five-star boat which it probably was in comparison to other river boats on the Yangtze River but the rating system is designed for hotels and this boat did not come close to a five-star hotel. Guides were tremendous with special kudos for Vicky....the best. Westerners like to shop..... especially what is referred to as bazaar shopping as we experienced at Xian after the mosque and at Stanley Market at Hong Kong. We would have like more shopping locations and more time to shop. Make it free time to shop and not part of the tour but point out where the shopping is located.

Brenda,

Thank you. We enjoyed our trip to China immensely. It was very nice to meet you in Xian.

Most of the meals were very good. The stand out was the a la carte lunch we had in Xian at the Horizon Restaurant especially the deer meat and the sour soup. The lunch that our guide,Vivian, chose for us at the Dragonback Terraces was also great, the fresh bamboo shoots in particular. Dim Sum at Jumbo Kingdom in Aberdeen, Hong Kong was also very good. The lunches at Taishan Hotel, the restaurant in Guangzhou, both meals at Shungeng Hillview Hotel and the lunch just before climbing the Great Wall were very good. While the a la carte dinner at the Central Hotel in Shanghai was very tasty, especially the garlic pork ribs.

The Central Plaza Hotel in Beijing was a terrific place to stay. I have never had such a great breakfast buffet. All other breakfast buffets pale in comparison.

The guides were knowledgable, attentive and easy to understand. Vivian in Guilin-Yangshuo was most helpful and kind. She purchased a remedy for my travel partner when he twisted his ankle. Also, joined us and helped order dinner one night in Guilin during one of our free evenings. She offered to return to Yangshuo to help us during our free day, which we declined, since we just wanted to relax by the hotel pool. She gave us her cell number just in case we needed her.

Our driver there was particularly congenial, thank you Mr. Qu. Vivian really saved us by suggesting we switch lunch for dinner on our last day in Guilin.

Andy in Beijing was a lot of fun. He always made sure we had the best seat in the house and was really adept at getting around the crowds but still seeing everything. The pedicab hutong tour, not on our itinerary, was a highlight. He also offered to help us get around on our free day in Beijing but we wanted to venture out on our own.

Ling in Shanghai gave us plenty of great ideas for things to do during our free time there. She also left us her cell number in case we had problems.

Thank you also to Lili, Rose, Jessica, Yang and Jennifer. Hope I have all the names right...

The cars were always clean and the drivers' attitudes good.

I think we could have done with one less show. While all were good, by the time we saw the last one in Guilin, it seemed familiar.

I will recommend your web site chinatour360.com to everyone. Thank you again,
