I liked in particular the Peking duck dinner and Dahlia liked the Cantonese kitchen @ Wangfujing Hong Kong restaurant. Also the Tang Dinasty theatre and dinner were noteworthy. In Shanghai dinner at Central was elegant and the music entertaining and noteworthy.
All guides were satisfactory and above as well as the drivers and cars were satisfactory and above.
Do in Beijing, and Susan in Guilin were exceptionally good from all points of view.
Allan in Shanghai was very knowledgeable and cooperative in extra requests.
Tracy in Xian was exceptionally resourceful with luggage overweight problems at the airport.
[We hope that she did hand you over, Ruby, a souvenir envelope from us]
The tour plans in all the 4 cities did perfectly match the time allocated . The guides were excellently chosen to put the plans in effect.
Time-keeping was impeccable. In short, the entire experience was a special pleasure.
We shall send you pictures in a separate mail.
Repeated thanks,
D & I B-D

Hi Ruby,
Now that we are back in Canada and can look back on our tour nothing comes to mind except great thoughts and memories of China. Your tour was part of a seven week vacation, ChinaTour360 provided a wonderful tour of China and everything was delivered as promised. Guides were very enthusiastic about their cities and country. Echo in Xian comes to mind as one we particularly enjoyed. Especially her wonderfull sense of houmor. Hotels were great and transportation very modern. People drive differently in China than North America and this took some time getting used to. The attractions we saw were excellent but very crowded as many Chinese people were also enjoying them. This was not a big issue for us as we came to see China and it's people. We felt very sorry for the people who lost their lives in the earthquake. We were in Hong Kong at the time and people there were devastated. We were to see the torch relay in Suzhou but it was during the three days of morning and rescheduled for the day we were to leave China. A small disappointment everything considered. We were disappointed that we could not go to Tibet but Guilin was a good substitute. David was a wonerful guide.
We would not hesitat to go on another ChinaTour360 adventure.

It is my pleasure to answer your questions about the wonderful tour you put together for my friends and me. I have forwarded your message to them so that they might answer these questions on their own. I am sure each of us had our favorites and can let you know in our own words.
Jason, I am glad we had the opportunity to meet you in person. It is always nice to have a face to associate with a name of a person you are dealing with.
Vicky, it was nice to speak to you by telephone. At least I have a lovely voice to put with your name.
It was a pleasure dealing with you both and we cannot begin to express the gratitude we have for the excellent job you did. It was a wonderful relief knowing at each destination we would be met with a ChinaTour360 sign, a great guide and driver, and could expect the best that city had to offer. There is nothing about the trip I could change to make it better. And FYI, if anyone should have a question about upgrading flights or the cruise ship accommodations, our advice would be a very loud yes. We all commented several times during our trip that was some of the best money we spent.
1. The meals were all delicious. We tasted the specialties of all the areas we traveled to and not one was a disappointment. We just knew at each meal it was the best, but then the next meal would be even better. For me to pick a favorite would be very difficult, although I enjoyed all the different noodles in Hohhot. I never knew there was such a variety. The dinner in Chongqing at the Holiday Inn came at a time that a hamburger was a welcome change.
2. Guides To me the most marvelous point about the guides were their enthusiasm and love of their cities. Each guide was knowledgeable, considerate, very conscientious, and energetic. Their English was outstanding; we never had a language problem or barrier in any city we visited. Each guide was a delight to know.
3. Everyone of our drivers was so very thoughtful and courteous. Never did I feel uneasy about the driving skills of any of our drivers. The vehicles were kept spotless and each was very comfortable. The water handed out was always there and in ample supply. I must say that our driver in Hohhot and the Grasslands, Mr. Ma, was exceptional. He was a joy to travel with and made our trip to the grasslands and throughout Hohhot very memorable.
My compliments would start with each and every arrangement you made for the trip. Each hotel, restaurant, guide and driver was exceptional. I truly believe we enjoyed the best guides and drivers available.
Newman was just the right person to start our tour in Beijing. His English was excellent and he knew how to pace us as we were adjusting to the time and cultural differences we faced. He was always kind and considerate of our welfare.
Bonnie and Mr. Ma made our trip to Hohhot and the Grasslands an adventure we will never forget.
Ruth in Xi'An was a lovely girl who was very proud to share her city and helped us make some memories we will always cherish.
Rosely in Guilin was so energetic and enthusiastic, we enjoyed just watching her light up as she explained her city and it's wonders.
I don't mind your publishing any comments. I will be glad to send pictures when I get them downloaded. We had camera problems and 2 of the 4 cameras we had along quit working, so we were left with 2 "official" photographers who took our pictures. I'm sure we will be able to supply a few for you.
Once again, we are forever grateful for the wonderful job you did arranging our trip down to the smallest detail. We had some adventures and made memories we will never forget.
Yours sincerely,

I apologize for the tardiness, but since we came home time has been short.
Thanks for a wonderful trip, we had a great time. Anna, our guide, was great. Very respectful of our needs, always on time and her command of English was very good. She made an effort to make our tour a very pleasant one. We would recommend her on a heartbeat. The driver also was very helpful, specially the last day when he drove us to the airport and made sure we were in the right place. Our wishes of a smoke-free tour were taken in consideration. The hotel accommodations were exactly what be expected, no unpleasant surprises. I will recommend ChinaTour360 to my friends and family when ever they get a chance to visit China. Beijing was a very interesting city and I found people to be very helpful with tourist, it's a trip I will recommend to my friends.
The meals were fine, we enjoyed every single one. Anna asked us our food preferences and took them in consideration. The best meal would be the first lunch of the trip, I don't remember the name of the place.
The driver's service attitude was outstanding and the car was kept clean during our tour.
