Firstly may I say that the whole China trip and experience went very well. I was going to email and of course pass on my thanks. We mention the various things below.
Of the meals I feel the quality and standard was better in Xian. The meals in Beijing were fine, we just think the meals in Xian were just far better! In Xian we were able to choose the meals we liked whereas in Beijing Brian chose for us after talking to us about what we liked or didnt like. But lunch time was certainly very filling and as many other tourists have stated was just far too much food. In the UK at lunch especially after such good breakfasts at the hotel there is no way we would have eaten, or tried to eat so much. However we tried !
The "dumpling" dinner was far too much dumpling and after a few courses we were dreading another course of dumplings !! It is hard to pick a specific place out where we ate as we enjoyed all the places and all seemed fine. Though i think people would rather have more drinks if required than food. Some of the glasses of drink, were very small. And top ups were needed quite easily. Considering at times we were leaving quite a large amount of food, more drinks and less food would have been a help.
One place in Xian stands out where we had our own individual room, and person to serve us, unsure where but it was certainly unique and the food was of course very good.
Our guides Brian and Ruth were both very very good, in their attitude, language skills and knowledge of where we visited It was a pleasure being with them and we learnt lots from them.
The cars in both cities were clean and tidy and all drivers used were very good and very friendly.
I cannot comment more highly on the quality of the guides and drivers. Being a party of 3 it was nice to get to know them more so than if in a larger party. The ability to meet our needs in terms of times of pick ups, tours etc was greatly appreciated and we can honestly say nothing was too much trouble for either Brian or Ruth - they both made our trip a very memorable experience and we would recommend these 2 without any hesitation to anyone with ChinaTour360- when we get organised we will send a few photos in.
I would certainly recommend ChinaTour360 to anyone that may be interested in the future.
With best wishes

Hello. I would first like to say that I really enjoyed the trip to China. It was an amazing experience I will never forget.
My husband and I flew into Beijing, then went to Xi'an, and finished in Shanghai. Our tour guides Jason, Echo, and William were all excellent. They spoke very good English and were personable.
I have a couple of suggestions that would have made our trip even better.
On each day we received bottled water. This was very nice, but it was warm. If the bottles of water were kept in a cooler with ice around them, the water would help much better with the heat we faced as travelers.
The Chinese Opera was not my favorite experience. I read about a Kung-Foo show that might have been more interesting. We get a lot of singing and dancing in Xi'an and Shanghai, it would have been nice to have something different for the first show.
I was so impressed with the hotels in Beijing and Xi'an. Both were above expectations.
I thought there was a good amount of time for sight seeing, shopping, eating, and enjoying shows. Our tour guides were very good about giving us information and precautions as we went to the different areas.
We had 2 Australians, 2 Canadians, and 12 Americans in our tour group. That was a really good mix. Our group got along really well and I believe it was because you grouped the North Americans together. I saw other groups that were not getting along as well as we were. Thank you for grouping the North Americans together - I believe that benefitted us.
Again, this was an amazing China trip that I will never forget. I was impressed by so much of the tour. The country is beautiful and it has amazing history. Thank you for putting together such a great tour.

Dear Frieda,
Thanks for your mail. It was nice to meet you in Xian. Thanks for your gift and the catalogue. We had a good time in China and returned with great memories. Hopefully we would like to go back to visit other parts of your country. Pls find below our comments for our one week China tour. You can use the comments in your web site. Thank you.
Beijing Holiday Inn: Very good hotel, big room, nice decoration, exceptional breakfast, good staff, loved it. Would stay again. Best hotel among all.
BEIJING: Overall the meals were ok. We enjoyed different cuisines of China which we liked a lot. The third day lunch: Sichuan food-very good, restaurant decoration and service lovely. WOULD RECOMMEND
XIAN: 1st day lunch: Cantonese food-good, liked very much the restaurant. WOULD RECOMMEND Sorry that you took out the Tang Dynasty show, you wrote me it was not performed in winter wheras we learnt that it was performed but it was not in our program. 2nd day lunch: food good, restaurant ok
GUILIN: 1st day lunch-during river cruise: poor, preparation venue: dirty! 1st day dinner: at the hotel- ok but nothing exceptional 2nd day lunch: ok
No problem with cars although generally speaking driving is dangerous in China, nobody cares about traffic rules!
Guide in Guilin--my husband's tooth was broken, she helped us to go to a dentist to fix it. Pls pass our thanks and best regards to her.
Li river cruise and countryside trip in Guilin, beautiful landscape, great part of the tour. Mosque in Xian very interesting. Last museum in Xian. Should be a must in your tours. Great presentation and such a "new technology" museum. Temple of Heaven in Beijing: had the opportunity to meet local people.
(Pls consider to give some more time for your customers so that they can see and learn about local people in their everyday life. Plus guides should be more informative--not only history but they should talk about basic Chinese aspects--example: Conficius, chinese alphabet, literature, contemparary artists-writers-painters, traditional customs, everyday life etc--I think this was what we were expecting most but could not find it)
A serious company. Received quick and right information to all my e-mails. Very helpful in preparation of our itinerary. Timely service. Special attention to details. Good choice of restaurants.
As for your gift: pls think about offering something more China releted-- like a traditonal music cd, a little chinese souvenir, even a set of chopsticks will be much more appreciated.
Kind regards from Paris, Sibel Pinto

Meals: The food was very good but it was too much. If I was to use your service again, I would probably only want 2 meals a day or all 3 if they were lighter. The Peking duck was not as good as expected since the Chinese see the skin as the best part and we see the meat as the best part (cultural difference & what we grew up with). All of the other meals were excellent.
Guides: All of the guides were very good. They all tried to accommodate any specific things we wanted to do and were careful not to push us into any specific shopping. They all had excellent knowledge of their cities. The one with the best English was in Shanghai (Young) but all had good English skills. Young, the Shanhai guide, was very good at making certain that we were well taken care of at every stop. In Beijing, Brian was very good at providing his insights into life in China and even bringing some classical music CD's to play (in talking to us, he found that we likes that music) while driving to the Great Wall. In Xian, Tracy was excellent at explaining the history. In Guilin, Tony was excellent at making us feel welcome by small courtesies throughout our visit.
Cars: all of the cars were clean and comfortable. All of the drivers were courteous and kind.
The visits to where local people actually lived in Xian and the visit to the farm house in Guilin were added bonuses.
I would prefer that you not publish my e-mail address. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Cherry/Emma!
Happy New Year!!!
It was such a wonderful China trip. Thank you so much for making our trip almost hassle-free and memorable. I wish we could have stayed longer. 2 whole days is just too short for me, not enough time for shopping :) Anyways, we had a good time in China.
The arranged meals were all good. There is always beef, pork, chicken/duck or pigeon, shrimps and vegetables. Soup and dessert is also included so it was a well-rounded meal. Our favorite was the dinner arranged at Central Hotel. There were 2 ladies playing Chinese classical instrument while we were dining so it made eating more pleasurable and relaxing.
We only had one guide Yin and he was very informative. Yin was a very respectable person and spoke good English. Can be easily understood. He gave us history and he pointed out to us places/things of interest that we would have easily overlooked had we not had a guide like Yin.
The van was clean and our driver (wasn't able to get his name) was very friendly.
My father is on a wheelchair. Yin our guide and our driver never showed any displeasure towards my father. They parked the car closest to the curb so as to make it easy for my dad to go in/out of the car. They had the wheelchair available at all times for my dad.
Everyone I've met who represented ChinaTour360 have been very professional. Not demanding but always catering to our needs. Everything arranged for us was all worth the money we've spent. As first timers to Shanghai, we felt like we are never in a foreign country. Yin, our tour guide had mentioned "They work for us". That simple statement made us feel relaxed and comfortable and we really enjoyed our vacation.
We'll definitely use your services again the next time we go back to China.
I've attached a picture of Yin and our driver with my husband and daughter in the Bund and our family picture at the Bund still. I don't know if it's worthy to be published but you may keep it. :)
