It was such a wonderful China trip . Thank you so much for making our trip almost hassle-free and memorable. I wish we could have stayed longer. 2 whole days is just too short for me, not enough time for shopping :)

The arranged meals were all good. There is always beef, pork, chicken/duck or pigeon, shrimps and vegetables. Soup and dessert is also included so it was a well-rounded meal. Our favorite was the dinner arranged at Central Hotel. There were 2 ladies playing Chinese classical instrument while we were dining so it made eating more pleasurable and relaxing.

Our guide Yin was a very respectable person, he speaks good English. Can be easily understood. He gave us history and he pointed out to us places/things of interest that we would have easily overlooked had we not had a guide like Yin.

The van was clean and our driver (wasn't able to get his name) was very friendly.
My father is on a wheelchair. Yin our guide and our driver never showed any displeasure towards my father. They parked the car closest to the curb so as to make it easy for my dad to go in/out of the car. They had the wheelchair available at all times for my dad. I've met who represented your agency have been very professional. Not demanding but always catering to our needs. Everything arranged for us was all worth the money we've spent.

As first timers to Shanghai, we felt like we are never in a foreign country. Yin, our tour guide had mentioned "They work for us". That simple statement made us feel relaxed and comfortable and we really enjoyed our vacation.

We'll definitely use ChinaTour360 again the next time we go back to China.

Dear Travel Counsellors,

First we want to thank you for an excellently planned tour. That our aeroplane from Beijing was delayed already from the start depending on a great amount of take offs, was the reason we decided to cancel the Wild Goose Pagoda to instead enjoy fully the Terracotta Warriors without any rush. The pagoda we hope to include in our next trip to China. Give some details below:

1. We only had Lily as a guide. She was very conscientious in all we were doing. She spoke a very understandable English and she answered all questions we had about the site. She also helped us with the check in at the aeroport in Xian and made sure we come to correct place there and in the proper time.

2. The car was clean and spacy and we had plenty of room for legs, bags and having our lunch (we brought our own). Very comfortable and a very nice driver.

3. As we never before ordered any tour over internet, we were of course worried that things might not turn out well. But it all worked perfectly. Lily was waiting at the arrival hall with my name written in a big board, and we saw her immideately. She brought us to the car and we started off, while she explained the time problem. We decided to cancel the pagoda and instead enjoy the main purpose with this tour, the Terracotta Warriors. It was highly interesting and she had answers to all our questions about what we saw.

This was a long time dream, that finally came true. Because only my wife and me were on the tour it gave us the freedom to stop and to look whereever we wanted, without having to care about the wills of a bigger group. This is something we appreciate very much, as we don't want to rush through interesting views.

For our next trip we will, with no doubt, contact you again for other tours made specially for us, and we definitely will recommend you to friends that ask for advice on China tours.

To begin with, thanks for your elaborate plans. We travel often and rarely look for guide services during our voyages. However, working with ChinaTour360 agency made our trip to beijing and xian an absolute success. We enjoyed all meals very much and were impressed by the range of offerings. We particularly enjoyed the lunch on sunday 25 nov., the day we visited the Ming Tombs and Great Wall. Fantastic!!

Both guides were very conscientious. They have a good command of English, very knowledge of historical sites. Cars were very well-kept. Very clean. Good attitude by drivers. We found Linda in Beijing especially helpful and kind. After she discovered my husband is diabetic, she went out of her way to ensure he was comfortable and ready for the next part of the tour.

Thanks for your hard work. We enjoy our stay in China. For your information, I am telling my family, relatives and friends how worthwhile to visit China and especially the places that I have been to. I will surely refer your agency - ChinaTour360.

The meals you offered were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the meals especially in Chengdu. Since we are all asians we really don't demand too much from anybody, we are rather modest and don't like to complain even if there is a need to. We forget that we paid for it but instead we (especially my old parents) think that our host is so kind and thank the host.

Both the guides were good and we didn't have any difficulty to understand them. They spoke English well. The cars were kept clean and we enjoyed our ride. Back to the broader sense, we don't want to let small things effect the bigger picture, since all of us were extremely happy and had a memorable time in China, we just complimented the guides and the drivers with some little tips as a sign of gratitude.

Honestly speaking, each and every place that we visited are extremely magnificient, I am short of words to express anything. Great wall was always in my mind since a few years back and the rest, I never imagined how beautiful and impressive they can be. The temples were beautiful and very well maintained and preserved. The food was delicious and served in abundance. The sitting Buddha was amazing, the story behind it very saddening yet shows how far sighted the chinese people were. The palaces and the mountains speak how dignified, intelligent and strong will powered the Emperors were. I am impressed that China is a rich country and also rich in your culture. The country side in Mt. Emei is very homely and the hot spring was such a good relief after a long day.

Personally, I am happy that we made our trip to China and it will remain the most memorable time my parents had. For me personally, I feel I spent my money worthwhile and I hope to bring my children back to China someday.
