We had requested vegetarian meals and the guides all were very attentive in ordering and selecting meals for us. We were very pleased with all the meals and the extra attention that was required to get them.

The guides were all excellent. We were very impressed with their command of the English language and their knowledge of the places they took us to. Their details about the history and culture were outstanding and most enjoyable.

The drivers were pleasant and delightful. We were impressed with their punctuality and their wonderful attitude, not to speak of the lovely comfortable and very clean cars.

Our guide Chen in Xian was exceptional. In addition to being thoroughly knowledgeable about every place we went to and giving fabulous explanations, she was so sweet and attentive every moment. All of the guides were wonderful but Chen stands out among them as a truly fabulous guide.

We would without hesitation recommend your travel services of ChinaTour360 to anyone visiting China.

Dear Friends,
I am very sorry for not responding earlier to your request for the evaluation of our recent trip to China. I have been very busy upon my return. You have my permission to publish my coments.

First, we were on a private 11 day luxury tour of China, 2 persons with our own guide and driver in a private vehicle....usually a very comfortable van. I upgraded the hotels, at my own additional expense in Beijing and Shanghai....and I was very happy with them.

I am very happy that we began our China Experience in Beijing with our guide "Cindy" and our driver, "Mr.Leo". They were WONDERFUL!!! Very friendly and caring professionals, and a credit to your company!! The Peninsula Palace Hotel in Beijing is the very best, great accommodations and wonderful staff! The sightseeing was excellent and Cindy knows her history! Mr. Leo was a very friendly and professional driver! The restaurants we were taken to were very special, with great staff and excellent food!! Among the best was the Lunch after the tour of the Forbidden City and the Lunch on the way to the Great Wall at the Auspicious Hotel!

In Xian we were well taken care of by Lily and Mr. Yen. Again, two professtional, and like Cindy and Mr. Leo, a true credit to your company! The Hyatt Regency had a great staff but the hotel is "tired" and in need of a great face-lift!

In Guilin, "William" took wonderful care of us, very up to date with his knowledge and a true professional, while being a very kind person. The trip down the Li River to Yangshuo was memorable, and a wonderful day!! Meeting 2 local brothers in their home, after the River Cruise was special, honorable and proud men who were honored to have us visit in their home, a cherished memory for us!!

The internal flights in China were great, superb service, new aircraft and on-time!! We were very happy to have upgraded to First Class for the 3 flights, better seats, more spacious, good meals, wine, and at a very reasonable fare, for First Class travel! The Sheraton Hotel in Guilin should be looked at again by your company. It is very tired, and in need of a renovation. I stayed there in 1988 and not much has changed, including the very over-crowded dining room at breakfast-time.

The Dumpling Dinner was really delicious and interesting and we really enjoyed it very much! All of the shows were excellent and very different from each other. Wonderful theaters, comfortable seats and good sound systems.

If I go back to China in the future I would definately use your company. Thanks for creating a mostly wonderful and memorable trip to Beautiful China!!

We are now back on our yacht in Malaysia and are happy to respond to you. First I would like to say how much we enjoyed our trip to your country and would like to make a visit again in the future.

We found everything very nice and did appreciate your help in changing our flight plans when my wife was not well, thank you.

We would like to comment on every detail to you.
The restaurants were very good and we were happy with the arranged courses but would have liked to know exactly what the dishes were, very often we were only told it was meat or fish dish. Sometimes we were asked to select the courses and this was better if the content of each dish and how it was prepared was explained to us. We sometime would have liked a glass of wine with our dinner and this was difficult or not available, orange juice was also not available as an alternative.

The guide we had in Xian was the only one which seemed to be in a hurry and did not have time for us, other guides were very good.

The cars and drivers were all good.

The guide we had in Guilin (sorry cannot remember her name) was very helpful and went out of her way to help up us.

Hi Emma,

The meal on the first day (Saturday) was excellent. The restaurant was a good choice with excellent food and a good social atmosphere. I did order too much but I think everyone assumed I had a big appetite. The food was delicious and excellent so I made a good mark on all the dishes. As I was on my own I preferred this to the the private room at the Horizon Restaurant. The dumpling dinner was also delicious.

I have nothing but praise for Rita she made my short tour in Xian smooth and like clock work. Everything went without any problems. She was knowledgable and informative and could communicate easily and freely. She even understood my British sense of humour! Her detailed knowledge of Xian and all the attractions and sights was fantastic. I cannot recall a question that she could not answer. When there was an opportunity to amend the schedule Rita explained the options and allowed me to make the decisions. I would recommend Rita most highly to any future clients.

The driver was excellent throughout my tour and always acted considerately and courteously. The car was kept clean throughout my tour and driving standards were without incident and smooth. The one criticism was the squeal that eminated from the drivers window when shut. I found it quite funny but it would have put my wife's teeth on edge if she had been there.

Overall the whole experience was excellent. The organisation and scheduling of my tour was great. Being a novice in China with only a very limited time available I was keen to make the most of my stay. Your organisation and Rita's guidance proved to be an excellent way to utilise my time. I was a little nervous parting with a considerable sum of money with little references but any fears were completely unfounded as the arrangements and communications were finalised. I will have no hesitation in using your services again and will recommend ChinaTour360 to friends and relatives visiting China. If their vacations are as memorable as mine then they will be truly lucky.

The meals were fine. None of us spoke Chinese so it was a relief to have Juliet who spoke Chinese and English fluently. I can�t remember the names of the restaurants, but the food was fine at all the restaurants. At first we thought the price been charged was a little high until we discovered the great dining options offered by your tour company - ChinaTour360. There was so much food and everyone was friendly. The Beijing Duck and dinner in the private rooms were our favorite.

Juliet spoke English fluently and we understood her with no difficulty and she was very knowledgeable and not only answered our questions but provided us with additional history.

The driver was very friendly, kept the vehicle cool and was always on-time and courteous. There was always cold bottle water waiting for us which was welcomed during those humid days.

Juliet was a life saver. She was on-time, full of energy, very knowledgeable and fun to have along with us. The time she spent walking miles with us and providing information is very much appreciated. Thanks for making our China trip so much fun.

Although all the meals were good and reflective of the place in China that we were visiting, it would have been preferable to have at least 1 or 2 non-Chinese meals in between. The one meal that I particularly liked was the peking duck.

Although all guides were good, Brian Ma we felt was not as good as Gloria in Xian and Jandy in Shanghai who were exceptionally good. Brian did not appear interested, did not give us any detailed information regarding the wonderful places we saw in Beijing,was sometimes late and in the end was not sensitive to what we wanted and was very rigid.

Gloria in Xian (Gao Lie is her Chinese name I think) was exceptionally wonderful, knowledgeable and very accomodating. She was very forthcoming in her explanations and descriptions. Jandy in Shanghai was also very knowledgeable and wonderful. She was very good in every sense. All of the guides spoke wonderful English and there was no problem understanding.

All drivers were excellent and cars were clean

We loved the fact that you thought of the water bottles and the detailed itinerary that was sensitive to local customs was exceptionally good. We definitely recommend Gloria and Jandy.
